It had been the slowest 4 days Charlie had ever expierenced. But now that it was finally Friday, the night of the party, it was like living in a world that was on pause.

"So can you just get 10 more packs of beer?" Zoe asked through the phone.

"Sure, I'm already at the supermarket anyway." Charlie sighted.

"I'll make sure Marcus pays you back." Zoe said.

"Alright." Charlie smiled. Hearing Marcus's name immediately put a smile on her face.

"I gotta get going, but I'll come pick you up when you're ready." Zoe announced.

"Yeah, I'll see you then." Charlie said.

With another bye, Zoe hung up the phone.

Charlie strolled in the supermarket, sighting. The party was starting in exactly 3 hours and she still had to get ready.

She looked on the list she had bought with her. She needed those 10 packs of beer, milk and a microwave pizza.

Taking a trolley, she headed towards the microwave section.

She grabbed a margarita pizza and made her way towards the beverage section.

Charlie noticed the boy before she could even turn around the corner completely. It was the same guy from the bus she had been taking, who had sat opposite her all week. They had made some more small talk, but she still didn't know his name.

She parked her trolley near to where the beer was displayed, taking a pack and attempting to put it in her trolley. These things were heavier than she thought.

She let out a big groan causing to guy to look at her. He grinned.

"Look who we have here." The guy smiled with his British accent.

Charlie rolled her eyes, then attempted to pick up the pack of beer again, but failed miserably.

"You know, I would have helped you, but I couldn't help notice you rolled your eyes at me." The boy folded his arms.

"Well, I couldn't help notice I still don't have a clue of what your name is." She said annoyed, finally able to bring the pack into her trolley. She was already tired.

"I'm sorry, I didn't think you'd care." He smirked.

She stared at him harshly. She wanted to say that she didn't, but it wouldn't be the truth. Charlie found this guy mysterious, so she wanted to know more about him. But he didn't let her.

Charlie continued trying to put in the packs of beer, she already had two after 10 minutes, which must have been her record.

"Let me help you." The guy smiled. He was more surprised saying that himself then Charlie was.

Charlie gave him a small smile.

The guy started loading in the beer, giving short glances to Charlie once in a while.

When the boy had finished, he went through his hand through his hair.

"Thank you." Charlie said, a big smile on her face. It was the nicest thing he had done all week.

"You're welcome." He whispered, giving a small shrug.

"So, what brings you here?" She asked, grabbing the last thing on her list: milk.

"I got hungry." The guy said like it was obvious.

"So I came here to buy a pack of premade sandwiches."
