"I am here to protect you..."

          Jeon Jungkook, one of God's precious children, was born on September 1st, 1997 in Busan, South Korea... He is the youngest child of Jeon Jiwoo and Jeon Sora... His brother, Jeon Seokjin, is four years older than him and a very bubbly and healthy child... Having second baby brings life to the couple, yet the two didn't expect their youngest son to have a congenital heart disease...

       When their doctor told them the heartbreaking news, Jimin can't help but to feel sad... Why would God gave them a child, who should give them more reason to be happy, yet the same one who will soon go back to heaven without even experiencing the fullness of life? He doesn't understand why a child should die early, as if he didn't matter in this world... Wasn't every child of God have the right to live, like the angels in heaven? So why? Why should this new born baby with the face of God suffer pain?

And thus, Park Jimin, one of God's precious angel, question the law of life and death... And if he will ever have the chance to change the human's fate, then be it... He will definitely protect him at all cost... Even if it cost him a war between him and God...

"I will never let you die, Jungkookie... I promise you that..."

       When God knew what Jimin is planning, he almost punish the angel for his disobedience... The angel went back to heaven with a fire on his eyes, as if he's already sure what he wants, and that is to save the dying child... The almighty rule him over, telling him that the case of the boy isn't different with other people, and he should lead him back to heaven after death... Jimin looks at Him with such confusion, asking God why he can't spare the poor boy a few more years to live... He even has the power to cure his illness for good, yet he design his fate without hesitation... The angel cries for help... For salvation... For anything that can give the human another chance to live, yet God only shook his head and lead the boy back to Earth, back to the dying child...

       Jimin flew out of the garden and back to Jungkook's side to ease even a little bit of pain he's experiencing... He caresses the smaller's cheeks, as if to cage the human from all the suffering... He was so focus that he didn't realize the presence of a demon God... He look so powerful and intimidating with the black aura around him... The smirk on him face was visible, as he sit beside the lonely angel.

"You look sad, dear angel... What's wrong?" His voice is taunting and playful, not even the slightest hint of worry is visible.

The said angel shot him a surprise look, not even once did he spare his attention to the world, yet now, he's scared... For the boy and himself...

"Don't be frighten, my child... I'm not here to hurt you..." The demon God is trying to lure the angel. "I'm not like Him who shut you out after asking for that boy's life..."

Jimin's blood boils. This demon God is testing is patience... "How did you know about that? Are you following me?"

His smile widens. He looks quite amused with the angel's cleverness. "I didn't, angel... I will never visit your God's kingdom... Why should I? You know that I have my own dominion..."

"Then what do you want from me? I am no God... With your power, you can kill me without a doubt..." Jimin looks back at the baby, more lonely than ever.

"I'm not your enemy here, my dear angel..." He grinned. "I know you wanted to save the human's life, so here I am to help you..."

Jimin looks at the demon God with so much pain in his eyes. How can someone from hell offer some help, but not his own God? Is this some sort of punishment?

"I-I can't make a pact to a demon just to save this child... I am still a warrior of God, and you demon, won't lure me into temptation..." He stated.

"I know you won't agree with just me offering you some help... But, I can show you what happened to your beloved friend after your God punished him for his stubbornness..." The demon God snapped his fingers and it quickly revealed a foggy image of his best friend Taehyung losing wings after the latter also begged to their God to give the child he's been taking care of the ability to see, from which the Almighty told him he can't... Taehyung left the garden in so much agony, making him regret being an angel... When the latter can't take it anymore, he made a pact to the demon God... A pact that will help the human see in exchange for his angel wings... Taehyung didn't hesitate... He agreed on the condition as long as he can able to see the child grow with those beautiful eyes... He then let the demon God break his silver wings with his eyes turning away from heaven... And as the foggy image disappear, Jimin felt his whole world came crashing...

His best friend exchange his own wings for sight...

His own best friend who loves being an angel, and was very happy to be one...

He defy God after he turn him down...

And now, Jimin is all alone...

He doesn't want to see Jungkook being hurt too...

And if Taehyung can do it for the sake of others, why can't he?

So when he finally look into the demon God's eyes, he knew what he truly wanted...

"I want to make a pact too... I want to see this boy to live longer, in exchange for anything you want from me..."
