"My Best Friend" (4)

12:19 pm, January 13th, 2021.

Y/N's POV:

"Izuku.." I muttered, as I ran off into the distance to try to stop him from getting hurt, even though I was exhausted. I ran out of the alleyway, wanting to return the favor by saving him, as he did to me earlier. When I got to him, I shouted, "Izuku?! What are you doing? We need to go-", he then looked at me. It seemed as he wanted to say, 'it's okay, ill be fine, I promise..' but he didn't need to, as his expression said it all. He ran up to the robot and kicked it with green sparks delicately flying around him, most of the participants, mostly Bakugou, were watching in horror. Suddenly, the robot shattered and fell to the ground. (I can't remember what happened so just go with it 😌) Everyone was shocked. After the robot was defeated, Izuku fell to the ground, extremely injured. I rushed over to catch him, which I succeeded in doing, but nearly dropped him after he moved slightly. 

As I was in my own world, worried about Midoryia, I didn't notice the angry Pomeranian approaching from behind. "OI, GIVE ME DEKU!" He angrily shouted. "Ok ok geez"'  I then gave Izuku to Bakugou. The big timer's chime ran through everyone's ears, signaling that the exam was over..

Everyone who was severely injured was sent to a hospital, whilst everyone else was told to re-group at the outside area for an announcement. (I know this is definitely not what happens don't come for me 😅) When everyone was at the outside field, All-Might walked up on a stage/platform, with a microphone on it. He then spoke loudly into the microphone, "HELLO EVERYONE! CONGRATULATIONS ON THE ENTRANCE EXAM, THERE WILL BE AN ENVELOPE COMING TO ALL OF YOU SHORTLY, TO SAY IF YOU PASSED OR NOT, IT WILL INCLUDE A LETTER AND A PERSONALISED HOLOGRAM OF ME TELLING YOU YOUR SCORES AND WHAT YOU DID WELL. SEE YOU ALL SOON! GO BEYOND, PLUS ULTRA!" All might then dismissed us, then walked off the stage. Everyone made their way back to their homes, some chatting and meeting new people that aspire to be hero's, just like them, on the way. 

Izuku's POV: 

(Back to where Izuku kicked the robot)

I fell quickly, not knowing if I would hit the ground, or get caught by someone in time. Falling in and out of consciousness, I felt someone catch me, but almost drop me. Before finally blacking out, I heard kacchan start to scream in the faint distance. 

Y/N's POV: 

I walked home, now having another worry, besides Izuku, I started to worry if I would be skilled enough to pass the entrance exam, and get into my dream school. When I arrived at my home, I greeted my M/M and ran to my room, excited and nervous. Since there weren't as many applicants as last year, it was said that everyone will get their letter in only 2-3 days. Me being me, I decided to call my best friend, Jirou. Randomly, I remembered when we first met.. 

*Flashback to when you just got your quirk*

I excitedly jumped off of the chair I was on and jumped up and down in joy, as my M/M tried to calm me down. M/M and the doctor talked a little bit more, then M/M took me outside and put me in the car, and started to drive home. On the way there, I saw a girl all alone outside through the window. "M/M," I said, "Can we go to the park?!", "Sure, I don't see why not", she then gave a loving smile. M/M turned the car and parked in the parking lot next to the playground. "Can I go play now?", I asked. M/M nodded. I ran over to the girl I saw earlier and said, "You okay?", "I'm fine, just bored!", the girl said. "What's your name?",  "My name is Jirou! What's yours?" "I'm Y/N!", I said with a smile. 

From what I remember, we became friends after playing with each other for a while and talking with one another.. I then snapped back to reality.

*End of Thoughts/Flashback*

'She didn't answer, I thought. "I'm gonna spam call her ha," I said out loud. I started to spam call her, then started texting her.

"Now I'm going to be so boredd-" I said. "Might as well go on an evening walk." I got up and noticed my M/M was on the sofa watching her favorite movie. I asked my M/M to go out and she agreed. I stepped out of the door frame and out onto the cold, front doorstep. The wind blew through my hair, (If you have no hair then it blew past you), "Oops forgot my coat and shoes", I said. I ran back into the house, put the things on, and headed back outside. 

I started my walk and went to the nearby park, which was the one that I and Jirou met in, and noticed Izuku's friend, I think his name was Bakugou, was there. I walked over to him and tapped him on the shoulder. "WHO- WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE EXTRA AND WHAT DO YOU WANT?!", he said. "I just wanted to know if Izuku was okay-", "WHY DID YOU BOTHER ME FOR THAT, GO FIND HIM YOURSELF!", He barked. There was a pause for a minute. "FINE IF IT STOPS YOU FROM BUGGING ME THEN HERES HIS NUMBER!", Bakugou then gave me a string of numbers..
