Top right I was just experimenting. Top left I tried to make it somewhat realistic even if I was terrible with shading. And then I did another one (bottom right) with (trying to do) fire with water around it.

I was just drawings eyes and my older sister was like "that is not how you do it". And I was like "..." just watching her. She showed me how to draw eyes the "proper" way. The other one in the right is me trying to do the steps.
And yeah I have crappy handwriting. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It is what it is.

Since because I had the book I decided to draw a cat. I skipped some rules and I somehow got the same result. I had mostly spent most of my 5-10 minutes of my life for this drawing. 🐈
