"Dude, you got a apartment new and you didn't tell me?!" Skylar exclaimed.
"No, I got an apartment in the same complex as you and I didn't tell you" Felix responded.

"Wait your in town?" "No... not at all." "Seriously dude?"

...

"What do you mean you sprained your ankle?!"

"I meant exactly what I said." "Tell me now..."

It was a Monday morning, the grass was a lovely shade a green, and so were the trees. The sun was shining brightly in her eyes, making them glimmer.

Skylar was wearing a white T-shirt, and blue Jean shorts with grey soccer cleats. Her hair was up in a ponytail, and she was wearing black Kitty earrings.
She was playing soccer with some people from her classes. She had been playing all morning, trying to beat the other team. They were in the middle of a game and at this point her team was winning, and she had scored.

They only needed one more point. Skylar raced towards the ball stealing it from someone else, and kicked the ball. She had almost made it in, when she tripped... She had sprained her ankle, someone soon noticed and haulted the game to a stop. Then someone had to bring her to the nurse. The game resumed once Skylar's team found another player, and won. Skylar missed the next two days of school, after that she went back to her classes because she didn't want to fall behind.

"No way." "Yes way." "That's not possible." "Your face isn't possible." "That doesn't even make since." "Just like you." "Oh my god."

Felix and Skylar stayed on the phone for another hour, harassing each other with lots of questions.
The next day in science they were assigned a project, and partners. Surprisingly Skylar and Scarlett were partners. The project was to be done at home, and it was also graded separately. So if someone did all the work they'd be the only one to get credit. The project was due in a month, but it was also a lot of points.
Of course Lana was fuming with rage when she found out, but she also had a dazed look in her eyes. She also didn't try as hard to annoy Skylar, like she was lost in her own world.

In their spare time, Skylar and Scarlett worked on the project in the library.
Two weeks later the project deadline was coming closer, Skylar and Scarlett were already almost finished with the project. They decided they were gonna finish the science project in the park.

It was ten fifteen at night, when Skylar went to the park. Scarlett wanted to go there for a project. While walking to a table, Skylar saw someone who looked very sus. Scarlett was standing right next to Skylar when Skylar stopped. "Who is that?" Skylar whispered. "Lana's mom?" Scarlett replied. "Why is she out so late?" "I don't know, I'll go talk to her."

Scarlet approached the woman, only to be slapped, and yelled at. Skylar was only able to make out a few words from the distance. "—you idiot?! Do you have any idea—" "—Know, but—"

Scarlett came back to Skylar five minutes later, looking dazed. Just like Lana. "Do you still wanna do the project? Because we could just—" "Now is fine." Scarlett interrupted. They found a table and continued working on the project. Skylar could tell Scarlett's heart wasn't really in it. They stayed there until midnight, then they slowly made their way back to the dorms. Soon after Scarlett left in the opposite direction, and met up with someone. Was that Dylan; why is she meeting up with him?

Skylar knew somethings are better left unsaid and left them alone. Skylar slowly went back to her dorm to see Lana with— Was that a worried expression? Lana being worried; there's no way in hell?

Skylar approached Lana. "What do you want?"  "Where's Scarlett?! I know you have her! She told me she was going to work on the project with you!" Lana practically yelled. "Oh Scarlett? She left me about fifteen minutes ago." "What?! Where did she go?!" Oops I think I enraged her even more. "I think she went with Dylan." "She did what?" Her voice sounded less intimidating now. Lana immediately left, while Skylar went into her dorm.
Jacklyn looked as confused as Skylar felt.
"What the hell was that?" "I really don't know."

...

Jacklyn and Angie were playing Minecraft together until they heard Lana yelling something intelligible. Soon after Skylar had came in, looking very confused.

...

"Someone gonna tell me what just happened?" "I'm not really sure to be honest, Angie." Skylar replied. "Wanna just play Minecraft, and be confused together?" "Yes."

Skylar, Angie, and Jacklyn stayed up playing Minecraft until Angie pointed out that it was five in the morning.
"It's five in the morning?!" Skylar shrieked.
"Is not what I just said?!" Angie screeched.

"I should probably go back to my dorm, but we can do this tomorrow?" Angie suggested.

"I'll do you one better, when you come back tomorrow we can have a nap party. Then we can play Minecraft on Saturday." Skylar said in a proud tone.

"That's actually a good idea." Angie said happily.
"Well duh, I came up with it." Skylar pointed out.

"Are you being serious right now?" Angie said, slightly irritated.
"Oh! Your right I should have asked Jacklyn first." Angie facepalms.
"So, Jacklyn...?" "Oh, that's fine." Jacklyn replied.

After Angie left to go to her dorm, Skylar turned in for the night. "I'm going to bed, g'night" "Night." Jacklyn responded.
