In the kitchen the two women finished their dinner and simply went to bed, even if they weren't going to sleep. The conversation about Y/n just ended the moment they left her alone, so they could distract themselves with other things, like music for example. The next day came, and as always Y/n went to school, against her will, deeply hating it, to the point she reinforced the idea of hating Camila and Lauren. Because of it, during the end of that afternoon, she ignored the tries of the two women to make conversation. They had bought the new phone after coming from work and tried to give it to her, but they were both ignored. Without being able to offer the present, Camila and Lauren just went on with their lives, but it was starting to get uncomfortable living with the teenager if they couldn't create a bond, as minimal as it could be, with her. They needed to try harder. Therefore, on the next day, they were both determined to talk and interact positively with Y/n. No use. That Thursday, she stayed still in her bedroom, writing or just cuddling with her plushies. Of course, she came out to eat dinner, but even then she didn't let the others speak, leaving for her bedroom. Once again, Camila and Lauren failed that night, and both went to sleep disappointed. Y/n was also not enjoying that ambience between them three, but the singers insisted on making her go to school and that she couldn't just ignore. At the same time, she was tired of always doing the same things, and needed time to think. In the middle of that night, after trying to sleep but not being successful, Y/n left her bedroom and went to the living room, passing to the terrace with some grass and the pool where she could get some fresh air. From under where she was, Y/n could hear the faint sound of the waves hitting the coast. It was peaceful, extremely calm. Even so, quickly, she picked the package of cigarettes she had recently bought and took one, lighting it up. She smoked it a little, sustaining the smoke on her mouth before letting it go slowly, feeling her body relax and her mind wanting to clear up. It felt good. Someone who also couldn't exactly sleep was Lauren. After Camila fell asleep in her arms, she stayed staring at the ceiling thinking about her life. Everything could go wrong, or could go just fine. With all those thoughts, Lauren became not only uncomfortable in bed, but also thirsty. So, she carefully moved away from her girlfriend and left the room, going downstairs. She could've just gone to the bathroom to drink some water, but she wanted to clear her mind as well. The singer went downstairs and to the kitchen, where she got a cup of water and drank it. When she was going to return to the bedrooms, she noticed by the window someone outside. At first, Lauren frowned, but then she recognized Y/N. The woman was going to ignore it until she noticed the cigarette on the teenager's hand. Lauren blinked a few times and walked outside, silently, and casually leaned on the border, close to Y/N, but still keeping her distance. With her gaze on the view of the penthouse, the younger didn't notice she was watching. She just closed her eyes and relaxed hearing the ocean, smelling it's aroma. Her hand made the cigarette go to her mouth and she smoked again, staying with the smoke on her lungs a few seconds before letting it go. It burned, but that was the point. Since she didn't know Lauren was watching, she opened her eyes and carefully got on top of the handrail, sitting with her legs turned to the outside like she was ready to jump. Not knowing the exact intention of Y/n's, Lauren widened her eyes a little and moved closer, slowly to not scare her.

"Y/n?" She called, stopping by her side, slightly behind as well.

The teenager jumped a little and grabbed the metal bar firmly taking deep breaths. Her eyes closed for a few seconds before she opened them again and stayed silent.

"I was trying not to scare you so you wouldn't fall." Lauren looked at the view.

Still ignoring the woman, Y/n just took the cigarette to the mouth again and smoked.

"You know, you are too young to be smoking, you are ruining your lungs."

Again, the girl just stayed silent, not even looking at the older.
