Hey guys, I'm still alive. My poor phone couldn't handle the app anymore, so I had to do a weird writing thing because the only way I could access it was super turned around. Then my school decided to throw 3 weeks of testing at me, but now its summer! Unfortunately, summer has brought on a whole host of new issues, but I'm CHILL and I'm DEALING WITH IT. *cue mental breakdown*

I'm gonna get this chapter out there so you guys know I haven't given up on the story :) Stick with me peeps!

Classic had a bit of extra time on his hands, so once the cookies were done, he decided to go give them to Nightmare while they were still hot. After fumbling through the kitchen for foil and a plate (it had been a long time since he last cooked) he placed the cookies on the plate and covered them in foil.

"Alright," classic muttered to himself, "new friendship coming right up." He smiled as he teleported to Nightmare's world.

Classic opened his eyes and was greeted by the sight of golden apples and a shocked Nightmare. They looked at each other in silence for a few seconds, after which Classic sheepishly smiled, "Hi... uh, I brought cookies?"

That seemed to snap Nightmare out of his shock, and he quickly offered a seat to classic.

Nightmare smiled as Classic settled down next to the tree and offered him a cookie. Nightmare accepted the cookie and munched on it happily. Classic studied him for a moment, then commented, "you know, you seem a lot happier."

"Really? Well, it's really nice to have a friend."

"Am... am I your only friend, Nightmare?" Nightmare stopped eating.

"People here don't really like me," Nightmare stated quietly. Classic sucked in a breath.

"Hasn't your brother done anything about the townspeople? Seems like the first talk I had with him didn't do enough," Classic idly commented.

"Wait, you talked with my brother? When?"

"The first time I came here. Well, it's more like I threatened him, really." There was silence for a moment, then classic abruptly changed topics. "ANYWAYS, have you ever heard about alternate universes?"

Nightmare seemed mildly startled over the quick change. "Well, I mean yeah, but they aren't real, right?"

Classic mentally slapped himself. Why the heck did he choose that topic? Now he had to either tell Nightmare he was from a different world, or lie to him. Classic lied all the time to his loved ones back at home about genocide routes, but for some reason, when he looked at nightmares face, he couldn't do it. This wasn't that big of a secret, anyways, so it wasn't a big deal to tell him.

Classic took a deep breath. "Actually, I'm from one of those alternate universes." Nightmare paused briefly to look at him.

"Well it makes sense actually. I did think it was weird how you showed up out of nowhere. Dream and I are the only skeletons around here that I know of."

Well, he's taking this very well, classic mused.

"So, what's your world like?" Classic looked over to see Nightmare looking intently at him, eyes wide with interest.

"Well, the Underground has different areas..." Classic went on, painting a picture of each different biome, from scorching Hotland to the freezing Snowdin. He quickly described his friends, spending a lot of time on Papyrus. At multiple times during his story, he would look over at Nightmare to make sure he wasn't bored, but Nightmare's face always showed extreme interest. Classic finally finished describing his amazing brother and hesitated, wondering if he should mention Frisk, the sometimes-homicidal child. He decided not to say anything about Frisk, and finished off his long rant with, "So everyone is pretty cool, and we all stick together and have fun."

"Wow," Nightmare said, practically vibrating with excitement, "Your world sounds so cool! Do you think I could visit sometime?"

Classic started to fidget nervously. There was no way that he would let Nightmare get within a 2-mile radius of Frisk and her murdering tendencies because had no idea what would happen if Nightmare died in his world (and Classic cared about him and did not want to see another friend die in front of him). Plus, if Classic exposed his powers to save Nightmare, the kid would probably not reset for a while just to watch Classic suffer from the endless questions and suspicion that his powers would bring up. ".....maybe," Classic finally said after a long tense silence. But hopefully never, his mind chimed in.

Nightmare looked at him suspiciously, but decided to let it slide. Classic had just told him a lot, so he felt that it would be rude to pry more. He glanced at the forgotten plate of cookies and reached for another one. "So, tell me about the cookies then, did your brother make them? You told me he spends a lot of time in the kitchen."

Classic suddenly felt a telltale blue blush on his cheeks as he coolly stated he had made them, not his brother. Classic had no clue why he felt so embarrassed, but he was doing JUST FINE. After Nightmare complimented his baking skills, and Classic decidedly did not tell him about the chaos the kitchen was left in, Classic decided it was time to go.

"Well, it's time for me to go. I'll come back soon though." Classic watched as Nightmare's face fell in disappointment as Classic made a silent vow to come back as soon as possible so Nightmare would smile again. Classic waved goodbye and promptly teleported back to his world, landing on the couch in his house.

Classic sunk into the couch for all of 10 seconds before he jumped in surprise as his brother slammed the front door open and announced that he had returned from Undyne's place and was going to make dinner. Classic relaxed again, then immediately tensed as he heard Papyrus scream from the kitchen and remembered the mess he had left the kitchen in.

Whoops...
