First day at UA

'And ... done!' I looked at the mirror once again

Today was going to be my first day at UA high school! A school for people who want to become a hero! And excel in this society!

I looked at myself again, it has taken me a long way to get this far, it started with all might, then eating a piece of hair (which bye still haunts me, like that man could have had lice!) and finally the entrance exam!

Since my body wasn't that strong for my new quirk yet, I couldn't do much, I ended up hitting a zero pointer, I originally thought I had failed, but luckily I passed because of rescue points!

I sat down and put my bright red shoes on and walked out the door

"Good morning izu, I made you breakfast and your lunch box is at the table. I'm heading over to Mitsukis but please be careful and if anything happens please call me!"

"Alright mom have a good day!" I finished up my breakfast and headed to school, 'wouldn't want to be late on my first day'

~Timeskip to class~

'The door to 1-A is right infront of you, just open the door, izuku! What's the worst that could happen? I mean you could always be the class outcast again, or maybe an alpha will hate you right away and your done for' I shook my head trying to get rid of these bad thoughts

"Today's a brand new start!" I opened the door to my new class, as soon as I walked into class I could immediately smell the strong pheromones of my classmates, luckily I had been smart enough to take my suppressants this morning so it didn't affect me that much

"Hey! Your that guy from the entrance exam! My names Ochako Uraraka! I'm glad you made it in!"

'Oh this is the girl from the entrance exam I saved' she had her usual blush and her short brown hair that suited her features, cute, but not my type

"Um... and you are???" Ochako asked

"Gah- I'm sorry! I'm not that sociable! So forgive my rudeness! My names izuku midoriya! It's nice to see you to!"

"Oh.. I thought your name was deku? I heard this blonde dude say it to you.. I must've misheard" uraraka made a face trying to remember just who exactly said 'deku'

Welp so much for fresh new start

"Oh.. um actually that's sorta like and insult so.." I fidgeted with the boarder of my short trying to give away the awkward tension that was in the air

"Oh I'm sorry to hear that! But deku could be a hero name! Like all might"

Indulged by the thought I agreed, it did have a nice ring to it, even though it meant useless "Deku it is!" I said smiling

"Pardon me, but I don't think we have introduced each other, my names Tenya Lida! Alpha rank 7, if you don't mind me asking what are your names and ranks?" Lida said while bowing

Great.. the one question I wanted to avoid.. why does rank even matter

"Oh, my names Ochako Uraraka! I'm a beta rank 6! It's nice to meet you!"
