Personality: Caspian is nothing if not arrogant. The persona he subscribes to is that of a cocky, boisterous young man who knows his abilities very well. Think of a 'Gaston' kind of character. He is very much of a tease, and will relentlessly mock, taunt, or even humiliate to get a rise out of someone. He employs these methods especially with Erika, as he finds her to be rather appealing and fun to toy with. Caspian knows he is handsome and skilled, and uses that to get what he wants from people. He has no sense of boundaries, and knows that a touch from him can drive any woman crazy. Despite all of these things, however, Caspian exudes these vices to keep himself from getting hurt by others. If he keeps his relationships manipulative, then no one may be let in and know what he is truly feeling.
Backstory: Caspian grew up on the coast in a small village. When he was a child, his father got tired of caring for him so sold him to be a slave aboard a pirate ship. The captain of the ship took a liking to the young Caspian and brought him under his wing instead. He taught Caspian everything he knew. When the captain died, he passed the ship onto Caspian. Caspian travelled across the seas ans became one of the most renowned and feared pirates in the world. He also became quite an alcoholic. When he heard that Galathia had a young, beautiful princess waiting to be married off, he knew he had to nab her to make a good fortune. He kidnapped Erika, but didn't expect to fall in love with her.
