"DAMNIT!"
Izuku had yelled as he ran off into the forest. He ignored the yelling of his name from Shouto and kept running. His mind was to filled with regret to be distracted.
He was running without direction til he had came to a full stop. Not from exhaustion, but from the cliff that was just below his feet.
He could feel the tears form in his eyes as he fell back and landed on the ground. He was...
Scared.
Not from the to be expected punishment that would be put upon him, but from what he had done. He had mercesly beat another student to the point where his face was covered with blood.
But, that wasn't the main reason he was scared.
Reiko.
The memory of her terrified face as she looked at him had torn him apart. The moment she had jumped slightly at his movements had only backed up his proof.
She was terrified of him.
The girl he had fallen for, very deeply, was so scared of him to where he didn't know if she had ever wanted to see him again. The image only replayed in his mind like video on loop.
"Damnit! Damnit! Damnit! Damnit! DAMNIIIIIIIIIIIT!!"
He yelled out in sarrow and frustration. The deep emotions that he had kept inside of him had decided to pour out all at once. The emotions of when he felt so weak, pathetic, nothing, came back as a bullet wound to the chest.
Or in his state, a bullet wound to the heart.
She felt pathetic.
Reiko was currently being carried on the back of Aizawa in the direction Izuku had ran off in.
She was still shaking and terrified. The feelings of wanting to help someone you care deeply about, was only over shadowed by how the person she wanted to help, she was terrified of at that moment.
She didn't want to be, she hated to be, but she couldn't help it.
"I...i-m s-sorry....Izuku..." Reiko had said through her soft cries on Aizawa's back.
Aizawa slowed down only slightly and looked back at the girl on his back.
"I'm sure whatever happened back there, he doesn't blame you. To be extremely honest, he is most likely blaming himself." Aizawa said hoping to get the girl to calm down.
"I-It was not h-his fault. It was mine..." Reiko said wiping the tears from her eyes, but the fear still taking it's settle.
Finally, Aizawa came to a full stop and looked back at the girl.
"You may say that, but as much as you might think that, Midoriya will never blame you for it. Yanagi,"
Aizawa said letting her eyes meet with his.
"Whatever happened before he ran, he's most likely hurting right now. If the reason that you asked to come along means you can help him, do it." He said looking her straight in her eye.
Reiko whipped her last tear from her eye and nodded. Even though she was still scared, after hearing what Aizawa had said, she wanted to help Izuku.
And she was going to.
Aizawa just nodded and started to run again. Reiko would only think how she would be able to help him.
She was to scared to help in her normal way, but, what even was her normal way if helping? She had only ever listened to him.
