#43 blown up phone

Sasuke pov
It had been four almost five days since naruto's surgery and my phone was blowing up.

He was bored as hell in his hospital room and definitely made sure I knew. At the moment I was sitting in lunch and felt my phone go off for the tenth time since checking last.

"Guys I'll be right back naruto's bored and he's been calling me all day" I said exasperated as I got up and walked out of the lunch room.

On Monday i had told our friends about naruto's surgery (with his permission of course) and they were shocked to say the least.

They kept pestering me with questions as to how naruto had shattered his knee but I blew them off.

Shikamaru seemed the least surprised out of them all though which didn't surprise me. I knew that he had figured out about narutos dad and it still surprised me how easily he did it.

Now I was standing out in the courtyard calling naruto who picked up after the first ring.

"Sasuke I'm bored come backkkk!" I pulled the phone away from my ear as he screamed into his end of the call.

"Jeez calm down, is it that boring in the hoslital?"

I heard a loud groan from the end of the phone and shuffling around "yes it is! I can't even get ramen here! Sasuke I'm gonna die" he complained loudly.

I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose "your not going to die, how about I bring you some ramen after school?"

He gasped and squealed like a little girl and my expression softened considerably "thank you so much! Your amazing, i love you, I'm never complaining again, your the best!"

I smiled even though he couldn't see it "hey don't go saying that to soon I know I'm going to get about fifty more messages later"

"No not fifty! Maybe fourty..."

"Same thing, and just hang in there ok? Schools almost over so I'll see you soon"

"Yeah I know but I miss you..."

I smiled and now really wanted to hug my cute blonde "aww I miss you too, I'll see you soon, the bells about to ring so I'll call you on my way home"

"Aww dang it ok, bye Sasuke I hope school doesn't suck to much! Love you!"

"It probably will but I'll see you soon! Love you too!" And with that I hung up the phone trying to suppress a smile.

Naruto pov
I smiled and leaned back in my hospital bed. Even though we had only talked for a few minutes he still made my day better.

Something felt off though, a feeling in my gut as if I was forgetting something important.

I played a few games on my phone untill I heard a knock on my door. Over the past four almost five days itachi and tsunade have been helping out with getting my dad out in jail so I figured it was one of them.

"Come in" I called putting my phone down. Sure enough it was itachi at my door holding a few papers.

"I know I warned you about the possibility but it's official, you will need to go to court" and thats when my heart dropped to my stomach.

Thats what I was forgetting, I had to see him again.

"Your father has denied any claims we've made to hurting you and demanded a lawyer. We can no longer question him, I'm so sorry Naruto we did everything we could"

"No, no it's ok...he can't get near me though right? Like at all?"

Itachi shook his head "no he won't. Me along with my partner deidara will be there. So will some other officers that I work with"
