Ch.1

3 year old Kim Y/n lived in Korea with both her parents, but when her parents decide to split up, it becomes difficult. Y/n's mom chooses to pack it up and move to America in hopes for a better life for her daughter.

When they move it was a struggle because they didn't have a lot of money, Y/n didn't know how to speak English and Y/n's mom only knew a little. It was a about a year later when Y/n's mom found the one again and started dating, but 4 year old Y/n felt a little off about him.

The next year the two got married, Y/n couldn't accept the new stranger inside her apartment but she didn't have a choice. Y/n's mom was happy, but deep down the only reason she married was because she was sick and knew she wouldn't last long.

She needed someone to take care of Y/n when she leaves so getting married would help her a lot. After 2 years, Y/n's mom got extremely sick, and sadly didn't make it. Now it was 6 year old Y/n with her step-father who is not who he says he is.

At the funeral, Y/n's step-father didn't let Y/n move around and kept her close. Y/n kept looking at him and other people hoping they could understand that Y/n was not feeling very comfortable.

Y/n had no idea who was there and who anyone was unless they introduced themselves, sadly Y/n couldn't ask anyone because he stood behind her.

When they got home he started to drink and stared down Y/n "Go to your...room"

Y/n: "Whatever"

He got mad and threw his shoe at Y/n's head, picking her up and throwing her into the bedroom locking it. Y/n banged on the door in hopes for it to open as she openly cried, on the other end of the door the step-father banged on the door

SF: "Watch i...t li..tle girl"

Y/n stopped and wiped her forehead finding out she is bleeding, Y/n is going to start school soon so she hopes to ask for help there. For the next few days, Y/n got slapped, punched, had things thrown at her, and shoved to the floor or wall.

School was offically starting and Y/n got ready for school throwing on a jacket to cover all her bruises and cuts she has, right before she walked out the door the father stopped her

SF: "Say a word and you will pay when you get home"

Y/n was terrified and nodded getting pushed out the door. She was too scared to say anything now, so she kept it in, her teacher and friends noticed something was off but Y/n stayed silent.

For the entire year, Y/n lived in fear, if she did anything wrong she would be hit for it or locked in her room with nothing to eat. She couldn't stand to be there anymore, she now thinks this is how life is for the next 6 years.

Meanwhile in Korea, Im Nayeon the CEO of Twice Entertainment working very hard when her two sisters walk in, Park Jihyo and Yoo Jeongyeon.

Nayeon smiled "Hey, are there any problems?"

Jihyo nodded "Yea, Mina and Sana aren't answering their phones"

Jeongyeon: "Momo isn't answering either"

Nayeon sighed "I'll call them up, but why"

Jihyo shrugged "Dad wanted to talk to all of us, he said he is coming up"

Nayeon nodded and called them Mina, Momo, and Sana.

Nayeon is the CEO of Twice Entertainment because she is the oldest and when her sisters said they wanted to make a company, they chose her to be the CEO.
