I had a great christmas today! Grammy gave me a new necklace. It's really pretty. I'm not quite sure what it is but it's gold and that's my favourite colour! But, I'm tired now so I'm going to bed. Goodnight diary!
Jake's Christmas when he was six was an average date. The presents under the tree, and the excitement from hanging up a stocking for Father Christmas to fill with gifts. Jake's family is one with a large amount of money. Each Christmas or celebrational date he gets more gifts than any of his friends. But this doesn't change Jake. Infact he grows up to be quite the opposite of a snobby rich boy...
However the most significate Christmas of all was when he was six. He got a gold HourGlass necklace from his grandma (Grammy). She had said that it had been passed down for centuries and that it had some sort of special power that only the right person could unlock. Of course, nobody believed the old woman, but Jake seemed fascinated by the gift.
