Beginning

Grace Germaine older then her twin brother Guy Germaine by one minute.

"Lets go Grace we're gonna be late" I heard Guy my brother yell up the stairs.

"Calm down I am right here" I said to him as we left and walked down to the frozen pond "I heard we're getting a new coach today G"

"If we did he'd probably not stay long" He said back

"Your not wrong" I said as we sat in the snow to put our ice skates on. Karp, Terry, Jesse, Connie, Charlie, Goldberg, Peter and Avermen were here. I guess they were just waiting for us.

"Hey hey" My brother said energetic as I just shot him a look.

"Are you in a mood today please be not" Goldberg said

"You sure think your funny" I said with an eye roll

"Alright it's time for practice" Charlie said

"Wow Charlie way to be the new coach" I had said to him

"Wow Grace way to be sarcastic" Peter said

"Shut up"

"Alright let's start with a scrimmage" Charlie said as we did start Peter, Connie, Avermen, Jesse and I were on one team. As Charlie, Guy, Terry, Goldberg and Karp were on the other. After about ten minutes we all crashed into each other and when I looked up a limo was their driving onto the ice.

"Aye what the hell does he think he's doing" I said as everyone shifted there heads to see the limo.

"I already hate this coach" Peter and Jesse said as we all skated over their way where a man walked out.

"Yo dude, you obviously in the wrong hood this my domain. This a drug free zone you understand? We ain't buyin' nothin' I'm feelin' generous today. So I'm gonna let you get your sorry vanilla bootie outta here before we be usin' your eyeballs as hockey pucks." Everyone started laughing

"Nice one Jesse" I said

"Thanks bro, but I'm not goin' home til I take care of business." The guy said then the new coach reached into his jacket we all started to move back "he's gotta gun" everyone panicked
"District Five Pee Wee hockey team. I'm Gordon Bombay. I'm the new coach." We all laughed at him taking him as a joke.

"Nice joke" Jesse said

"Afraid so dude. Got the roster right here. Averman, Dave. Conway, Charlie. Hall, Terry." He said

"Geez he is the coach" Guy whispered to me

"Now here's the long and the short of it. I hate hockey and I don't like kids"

"Thank you for the wonderful pep talk I feel very encouraged by your words" I had said

"Look, I'm sure this'll be a real bonding experience. Maybe one day, one of you will even write a book about it in jail."

"Wow Grace can count on being in jail" Guy said

"Oh shut up you need me for everything. Can you tie my shoes , can you get me a water, can you do this for me, can you do me a favour"

"You shut up your the one who's always on the phone with Fulton Reed"

"How do you know that- *gasp* you listen to my conversations nosy much. I just thought he was a heavy breather so that was you"

"Yeah and your always under the bleachers with him"

"That is not true ask Connie" I said as everyone turned to her

"I am not getting into the middle of this" She said

"God you two fight like your brother and sister" The coach said

"Oh I don't know maybe because we are twins" I said smart mouthing him

"Ok why don't you scrimmage. You, you, you, you and you up against the others" He said trying to get focus off of Guy and I bickering

"We have names ya know" Said Goldberg

"I am sure you do and I am sure their very nice names I might even learn them"

"Just warning you we suck" Avermen said

"I'll be the judge of that"

We then got into the scrimmage Avermen just stood there starting to narrate what was going on "Connie the con mister and Grace the attitude mister"

"Shut up Avermen" Connie said going over to the coach

"Yeah really please shut up" I agreed with Connie as I skated over to her and the coach.

"Hi I am Connie" She said introducing herself "And this is Grace" She said now introducing me.

"Hi"

"Hey so you and your brother seem to fight a lot"

"Yeah we're twins I am older though"

"And you never let anyone forget that" Connie said

"We suck we know" I said then everyone skated over here

"Keep scrimmaging and if any of you need anything fax me I'll be in my office" Bombay said to us then got in the car. We all rolled our eyes and came up with a plan. A plan to jump on his car just to piss him off.

"1...2...3" We all screamed and jumped on the car Guy, Connie and I jumped to the top of the car. Someone opened the cars door and we all got inside.

"This is Great I feel like Madonna"

"I feel like Alicia Silverstein" I said back at Connie

"You wish" Guy said

"Is that a real phone" I questioned the coach

"Yes and I am really on it"

"We want a ride! We want a ride! We want a ride! We want a ride!" All of us chanted.

"Go" The coach said to the driver tired of our teams behaviour.

"Oh shoot theirs my Mom she looks pissed" Charlie had said as the car stopped and the door opened revealing his mom.

"Alright everyone out" Ms.Conway said as everyone got out and she grabbed Bombay's coat and started going off on him "Charlie let's go now"

"Bye guys I am sorry" Charlie said as everyone told him it was fine and he's cool so he didn't feel bad about himself. "Are you gonna be at the game tomorrow coach?" Charlie asked and I was interested in what he would say.

"Bye the state of Minnesota yes Charlie" He said as Charlie left and so did everyone.

Guy and I started walking back to our house. "I hate him" Guy said to me

"So do I. I mean who does he think he is"

"Yeah exactly he didn't even coach us" He said as we walked into our house complaining.

"Hey Kids, go wash your hands dinner is ready" Are Mom said and we did that and sat down at the table. "So how was Hockey today?" She asked

"We got a new coach" Guy said

"Oh really how is he"

"Fine he's annoying"

"Hmm just try and make the best out of it hun. I don't have something to tell you both." She said as she took a deep breath and said "Your brother Mathew is coming home from college for a while." Guy and I got really excited.

"This is amazing when" I said

"Sunday I am picking him up from the airport" She said

"Yay" Mathew is awesome. I wonder why he's coming back from college. He probably did something stupid. We finished dinner Guy and I went upstairs he did homework I didn't. We soon went to bed for tomorrow.
