Blondie // Chapter 16

Melody's POV

"WAAAAAAAAAKE UP!" I heard five familiar voices scream, waking me up.

I opened my eyes seeing the boys on my bed shaking me to wake up, I sat up laughing.

"Happy birthday!" they said in unison.

"Thank you boys, even though you woke me up," I smiled then got out of bed wearing only one of Louis tshirts.

"Whoaaa!" Harry exclaimed earning a few chuckles from the rest of them.

"Well excuse me if I can't sleep comfortable in my boyfriends clothes.." I scoffed with a laugh.

"Okay boys, come on," Louis said gesturing them out then added, "Get dressed quick, we have a surprise for you!"

I nodded as he left the room. I picked out a black pair of leggings with a simple gray sweatshirt. I brushed my hair leaving it down, then brushed my teeth. I made my way to the living room seeing birthday decorations everywhere and all the boys wearing colorful party hats.

"You guys are adorable," I laughed as I sat down on the couch between Louis and Liam.

"Oh before we forget," Niall said running into the kitchen and came back out with a glittery pastel tiara. He placed it on my head adjusting it, then returned to his seat.

I smiled looking over to Louis, "Since I'm the princess for today, I would like some tea."

"I guess I will since it's your birthday," he kissed my nose then got up to go make the tea.

"Present time!" Zayn chimed.

"Shouldn't we wait on Louis?" Liam asked.

"He will live," I grinned. Zayn nodded agreeing with me. He got up and grabbed all the presents.

"Give her mine first!" Liam demanded cheerfully.

Zayn didn't argue and handed me this big purple bag. I unwrapped this package of lotions and body washes. Then there were a few tshirts too.

"Thanks Li," I smiled then hugged him.

Louis came back in with my tea and set it on the table. "What did I miss?" he asked sitting next to me.

"Just me opening Liam's gift," I explained showing him the stuff Liam got me.

"OKAY MINE NEXT!" Niall cheered, rushing Zayn to hand me presents.

"Okay okay. You're more excited about this than Mel is.." Zayn muttered handing me Niall's gift. I opened a bag with a designer purse inside, and a thirty dollar gift card to Nandos.

"Of course Niall.." I laughed, "Thank you."

Next was Zayn's present, I unwrapped it finding a box of some fancy perfume with a name I couldn't pronounce. I tried but after failing all the boys corrected me like they were the makers of the perfume.

"Heres Harry's," Zayn passed me a small box. I opened it seeing a gold bracelet with an infinity sign on it. I was surprised that Harry got me this. I figured he'd get me a pair of headphones so I wouldn't blast my music or something like that.

"Thanks Harry," I thanked him sincerely.

"Don't mention it," he said giving me a half smile.

"Lastly we have Louis's!" Liam announced.

"THAT'S MY JOB!" Zayn yelled playfully handing me his bag. I opened it finding nothing but a big white mouse at the bottom.

"GET IT OUT! WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU!" I yelled freaking out. I'm not a bug or rodent type person, they absolutely freak me out.
