Margot Flores, the dark-curly haired girl who has come a long way to get where she is at now. She wears a pair of rectangular glasses that tend to unfortunately get broken, if not fly away, quite a few times. She is one of the most knowledgeable individuals among the group. When it comes to academics She grew up in an environment that for years would take the power of her voice away. She had an unfortunate childhood where she was told who she should be, what she should be, and what to believe in. This severely damaged her mindset, in ways that would lower her self-esteem and confidence overall as she aged. She struggled in accepting her own identity, as well as being able to love herself. She spent a lot of time having her emotions bottled away and her mind became very fragmented, which was further harmful considering the environment she had to endure. However, alongside Velocity she was able to be reminded of the good people in the world. Velocity was by her side as they came across Lucas, and Natalie back in their young teenage years. And she was there when they came across the rest of the group in high school. They have developed a deep connection and understanding of one another. With all of their help, she was able to finally express all of the emotions she had buried for so many years. They became her family, as they would remain her side even against her blood family who hurt her heart in multiple ways. She has come to understand more of her power as she continues to grow. Margot experienced heartbreak like no other, she felt like all her hard work had gone to waste. She let out a scream of pain like no other, that resonated in her room. The metal objects in her room had morphed and changed because of it. Her giant burst of emotion had triggered the awakening of her abilities.
One of the abilities that she possesses is the ability of ferrokinesis. The individual can create, shape and manipulate metal, the solid material that is typically hard, shiny, and features good electrical and thermal conductivity. Despite this being Margot's first ability to discover, she is not that skilled in the ability just yet. She still has a way to come when trying to control the relationship between her emotions and powers as well. She really has to concentrate herself in order to use her active power in contrast to Lucas, Velocity, Ulises, Stella, Heather, Diana, and Phoebe.
Another ability that she possesses is mental computation. Which is the ability of advanced intellectual capabilities forged from a mind that works in a similar way as a supercomputer would. It is undetermined whether she has had this ability since she was a child. Always applying herself to her academics as well as any activities she is a part of. With this ability comes a second gift that she, in a way, created. It is known as the firewall. With the amount of knowledge she possesses it is only logical to have some sort of protection. Margot is capable of creating her own unique psionic protection against outside mental influence. By upholding her psionic "firewall", Margot is capable of effectively protecting herself from direct mental attacks, probes and detection of the mental variety while creating a defensive force that reflects any offensive mental action back at her attacker. This is greatly related to her gifted intelligence. Her intelligence makes her one of the smartest people in the group through raw computational power and perfect recollection. This allows her to have the possibility of being an expert in various fields that are well-documented or calculable. The wall is effective in both directions, nearly eliminating her own psionic abilities while active. If certain individuals were to try and read her mind they would come across an endless amount of numbers that prohibit any way of them being able to make sense of it all. In conjunction with her powerful mind capabilities she has managed to learn a rather decent degree of telepathic talent which is being able to have a level of psionic defense unique to her, as well as having established a telepathic connection with Velocity. This is understandable considering their very personal relationship with one another. They communicate well while in combat for this matter, Velocity also trains her whenever the chance is given.
Margot also has Photographic Memory. She is capable of remembering everything she experiences. She can instantaneously retrieve every memory and any information she has perceived.
Margot works alongside Lucas in collecting data against the organizations of the government that are against them. They have established a secret database for any information they come across, as well as creating gadgets that come in handy. At the moment they are working on blasters that someone could wear on their hands, particularly Xander who does not demonstrate an active power in the group, besides Phoebe. Although she hasn't always been able to call upon her active power, that does not keep her away from the battle scene. She carries a pair of daggers in her back pockets for this reason. She has had a bit of dagger training with Ulises, and when her active power kicks in she is capable of sending them flying and even as a mini shield of source. She is not the most skilled in hand to hand combat, but there was an instance where she was able to knock out three guards with a simple frying pan, and she wasn't even using her ferrokinesis either. She works the most proficiently alongside Velocity, Natalie, Lucas, and Stella. Her and Stella tend to be more on the defensive side of the team at the moment, though she is quite persistent on being more offensive and physically helpful for the group. Margot also has her girlfriend that she works well alongside, but she tries to keep her as safe as possible. Margot oftens becomes impatient with herself when it comes to her abilities because she doesn't believe that she will ever be able to master her powers. She does come across a few adversities which are status of sight, as well as her Asthma. If she loses her glasses, she is not able to see well at all. Lucas has prompted the idea that perhaps Stella's healing abilities may be able to heal her eyes, but up to this point it has been to no avail. She still has to come to understand that she is more than capable of being strong, and holding herself against any individual or obstacles that come across the path of her life.
