My Light (Rewrite)

Prologue

Akemi always felt something was missing from her life as she grew older

Don't get her wrong she loved her family and her people, but...

Felt a piece of herself was missing although she didn't know what it was as when she tries to remember, but only she gets a massive headache every time

As if something was preventing her from remembering what she was missing, however it didn't deterred her from her life and duties as a royal princess of Liones being the 4th and youngest daughter.

As she continued to grow older...

She fall madly in love with a great holy knight who was older than herself, but didn't care as she wants to follow what her heart wanted and she wouldn't fight her feelings as the same could be said for the holy knight who couldn't fight his feelings for her

So, the two confessed how they felt about each other and spent time with one another whenever they got a chance

As their love continued to grow, Akemi still felt that she was still missing something... something important , but it didn't stop her relationship as her new love helped her mend that hole

As time continued on, it looked like the relationship was heading to a marriage proposal

Akemi thought nothing could possibly affect her relationship with their strong feelings for each other

Unfortunately, not all things remain the same.

Her dear holy knight started acting strangely which scared Akemi intensely, but it didn't stop her feelings for him (along with her fear that continued to grow) till she reached her breaking point

She broke off the relationship along with her heart.

Afraid she would get hurt again, she tries to closes her heart off from love, but is deterred by the king of Camelot who had fallen for her when traveling to Liones to do business with the king

The two spent time together every chance they got (her going to his kingdom; him using every possible excuse just to go to Liones just to see her)

It was almost like her first relationship all over again but this time the only difference was

That the relationship did turn into a marriage proposal. Her father and sisters who saw how the king of Camelot made her happy decided to arrange a marriage between the two. The two would be wed when they turned 18, making her the soon to be queen of Camelot.

This announcement caused cheers and laughter to erupt from the people of both kingdoms.

It almost seemed nobody was against the engagement of the two...however that was wrong.

As a few months later, chaos seems to erupt causing the two youngest princesses of the royal family to go find help from the legendary heros...

However, what neither sister realize is the trials that awaits them on their journey to save their kingdom

Especially when faced with past memories of Akemi starts to return slowly,

When they meet the leader/captain of the Seven Deadly Sins who seems to remember both of them especially Akemi.
