28th of May at school
Finally , the day had arrived. It was Melissa's birthday. Each and every friend of Melissa was egarly waiting for 28th of May as they had planned a lot of surprises for Melissa.
The day had started, each and every friend of Melissa had arrived at school very early because of their surprises. After sometime Melissa arrived. Everyone in the class was wishing her , she became very happy and then she was called in a corner by her friends . They were ready to give Melissa their surprises. First was her best friends Lilly and Emma who each gave her one - one hand-made card ,in which they had written about their sweet memories they had spent together along with a flower and chocolate. After which Kanika, Rashi and Sonam, her good friends , gave her their cards and chocolates.
Their class teacher had arrived. Melissa informed her that it was her birthday. Her class teacher wished and blessed Melissa, after which she made a sweet little bow with a smiley sticker in the middle and with a golden pin she had gently put the bow on the top of her school uniform .Everyone sang the birthday song for her . Melissa gave her class teacher her birthday sweets and then she was requested to sit in her place as the classes were going to start .
The lunch break had arrived, Melissa along with her friends were sitting in a corner to have their lunch. Everyone had bought Melissa's favourite food items along with pastries which they told Melissa to cut from her hand as there was not the availability of
knife . They all sang the birthday song softly while Melissa was cutting the pastries and after cutting she gave one piece to all who were sitting with her . Everyone was sharing their tiffin .
The lunch break had ended and the next class had began. Melissa gave the teacher her birthday sweets and asked her whether she could go around the school distributing sweets to the teachers and in her own class. She also requested her whether she could take both Lilly and Emma with her . Mam had allowed Melissa to distribute the sweets but denied to take Lilly and Emma. She told that Melissa can take only one girl with her . Then she decided to go alone and distribute the sweets. After the distribution she had gone to the school office to give some sweets for the rainbow house . Oh, I am sorry I had forgotten to tell you about the rainbow house . Melissa's school had a rainbow house in which many girls from poor families are given free education and shelter to live . It is a great charity that the school was doing.
The school had dismissed , Melissa's friends' parents were also wishing and blessing Melissa. Everyone was very excited for the evening party!!
