Off to Sao Paolo! Part 2

Tropicana is one of Brazil's most glamorous hotels. White and gold architecture formed the main hotel building, with palm trees right beside it. It is no wonder that everyone in the limousine are enchanted by the sheer elegance of Tropicana.

As soon as they entered the hotel, they are greeted Rosinha and Raimundo's parents - Rocha Vaz and Carmelita Posada. At the sight of their two offsprings, they shrieked and ran to hug them both.

' MEUS NENES!' Carmelita exclaimed ' LONG TIME NO SEE! AND RAIMUNDO! Parabéns pela conclusão do curso de MBA!'

' Obrigado, mama, ' Raimundo smiled at his mother, whose personality he resembles more.

After hugging his daughter, Rocha went over to greet everyone and is delighted to get to know May and June. Valets began mounting their bags to their reserves rooms.

' It has been a year since we last seen each other, old friend!' Scrooge beamed as he and Goldie shook hands with Rocha and Carmelita.

' Sim! And I see you have finally reconciled with your wife!' Rocha teased. Laughter uttered around the 4 elderly.

' Would any of you would like me to take you around a tour of Sao Paulo?' Raimundo asked everyone else

' YESSSSSS!' the kids jumped up and down and screamed so loud, the grown ups all have to cover their ears!

' C'mon, everyone!' Donald led the way ' Let's go to our rooms to get settled!'

' Papa, mama,Rai e eu vamos levar os outros para um passeio por São Paulo!' Rosinha exclaimed from a distance.

' Divirtam-se vocês dois!  Sua mãe e eu vamos tomar sol na praia com Scrooge e Goldie!' Rocha called out to his daughter, before he, Carmelita, Scrooge and Goldie all went to their rooms before their sunbathing time in the beach.

Webby, May and June squealed as they entered their spacious room. It has a king sized bed fit for 3, and a window view of the beach!

' OMMMMGGGGG!' May squealed

' I LOOVVVEE THIS HOTEL!' June screamed as she began taking pictures of the sea view

' SAMEEEE!' Webby screamed as she and May also began taking photos.

They are unpacking their suitcases when a loud knock sounded from the door.

It was May who answered the door. As soon as she opened the door, there stood the very excited triplets!

' RAI IS GONNA TAKE US AROUND SAO PAULO!' Dewey yelled.

' LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOO!' Louie exclaimed.

The first stop the 3 cabs, the 3 lady cabs, Della they went to was a seaside restaurant called O Pescas. According to Jose, one of his old friends from high school, Pedrao Feijoada, owned this restaurant. Pedrao is now a famous chef who lives in Sao Paulo.

' Do you think we can see him in  person?' Huey gasped

' Oh ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!' Della beamed.

As Raimundo and the co. began to look at the seafood menu ( with Jose, Rosinha and Raimundo offering translations to everyone else ), a loud voice boomed beside them,

' ZE!  HÁ QUANTO TEMPO!  E VOCÊ COMPROU SUA NAMORADA COM VOCÊ!'

Jose was grinning as he turned around. Everyone watched as Jose and Pedrao began hugging each other and exchanging speedy Portuguese.

Pedrao was a big brown dog with a mop of bushy dark hair. He is now wearing a Hawaiian t shirt with sneakers

' SUCH A SMALL WORLD WE LIVE IN, EH! ' Jose laughed. Turning to the others he explained ' Pedrao is one of my old friends during our high school days!'

Introductions are made all around, and as Rosinha was introduced, Pedrao teased ' You lucky bastard! A herdeira do grão do cacau agora é sua noiva!'

' Claro que tenho sorte!' Jose laughed. Rosinha laughed and blushed.

Under Pedrao's suggestions, Donald and the co ordered mocqueca, carrot rice, some iced lemonade with lime, ceviche and brigadeiros as dessert.

Once Pedrao was gone to get his chef staff to prepare their food, May exclaimed ' I cant believe that one of your old friends was a famous chef in Brazil!'

' Sim!' Jose exclaimed ' The other 2 are Nestor Pedrosa and Alfonsinho Ferreira!'

' Nestor is currently a SHUSH police officer in Rio!' Panchito exclaimed

' And now HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND!' Esmeralda exclaimed.

' OH, WHOO??' Daisy and Della  screamed,as the other kids peered in to listen more.

Rosinha showed them all a picture of a female turquoise blue eyed crow with bushy dark hair, in the arms of Nestor. ' Her name is Gilda Canizales! She's from Chile and she was one of my old friends in my Columbia days and now she works as a top special correspondent in O Globo!'

' Oooooooohhhhhh!' the kids all crowed and started to imitate crows being in love.

' Oh also Alfonsinho is currently the Research Executive of SpaceX in Boston!' Jose added.

' AWESOMMEEE!' all of the 6 kids cheered, and the grown ups applauded enthusiastically.

The food and drink arrived, and everyone enjoyed their lunch. The mocqueca was bursting with flavours, the carrot rice fragrant and filling, the lemonade chilling and icy, and the ceviche was bursting with spices. It was a truly wonderful lunch.

Donald and the co. began swapping even more stories of adventures last year, while Raimundo told everyone all about his friends and current business partners. Raimundo has hired a professional team of marketers and financialists to support his luxury car brand.

After they finished their hearty lunch, Donald and the co. paid the check, thanked Pedrao, who told them that he and his chef team are going to attend the Sao Paulo MBA graduation beach party tomorrow, much to the excitement of Donald and the co.

And so, Donald and the co. went off to their next destination.
