JUNGKOOK POV

Legend says that in this abandoned apartment on room 18 in the Merlot Suite. A woman haunts the room, luring anyone who dares to come in. As and paranormal investigator, I was assigned the job to check the place out. Once I got out of my car and into the hotel, the receptionist gave me the key to room 18.

"Here you go, sir," she said.

"Thank you," I grabbed the key out of her arm.

"Be careful; I heard that no one was able to escape that room once they entered," she warned me.

I glanced to the ground contemplating, before rubbing off the doubt that was creeping through my body.

"Mam, don't worry. It's my job to do this," and then I left the area. 

As always, I had to go into a mindset where I couldn't get scared of anything. I've gone through all the scenarios in my head. 

"Go in, investigate, take some notes, leave," I thought to myself. 

Finally, I made it to room 18. This door was different than the others. Instead of sliding a card to get into the room, I had to enter the room with a key the receptionist gave me. I put the key through the slot and opened the door slowly. Immidielty the room was dark. I flicked up the light switch, but nothing happened. 

"Fuck," I mumbled.

I entered slowly and shined my flashlight around the place. I was expecting glass and vases shattered, maybe some markings on the hotel walls. But nothing, I was shocked to find everything so neat, so clean, very little dust on each piece of furniture.

"What the hell."

I went up close to one of the pieces of ceramics in the house. A teapot which to when I looked closely, had bits of steam coming out of its pothole. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and took a quick 10-second video of it. I wasn't getting much evidence around here, but this is the best lead I have so far. The steam was rising in the air, so I opened the cap to the saw some tea, not some cold tea. It looked like it was made fresh, around 5 minutes ago.

"You want some tea," someone said behind me.

I quickly turn around and see a lady in a robe, her features remarkably stunning.

"Mam, this is a private investigation; I'm going to have to make you leave," I said, trying to make her leave.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I just wanted to have some tea," she pouted.

She walked over to the pot, poured the tea into the two cups placed, and handed one to me.

*sips*

"So, how is it," she asked as she drank hers.
