Chapter Five

Disappearing

      Gabriel stared out the window as he sat on his bed, his glasses sitting down beside him. Watching the rain hit the window then run down, he made up an imaginary race competition in his head; which Rain drop would reach the bottom first.

"Go outside."

       He rubbed his eyes, whispering to himself "Please shut up . ."

"Find the rain puddle."

        Groaning, he put his glasses on and got up from his bed obviously irritated. Leaving to the main room seeing his roommate passed out on the couch. Gabriel shook his head before going into their own little personal kitchen, grabbed a water bottle, then drank it.

"Find the rain puddle that lays outside."

       Gabriel threw the water onto the floor, which startled his roommate waking them. "Dude?" -- Gabriel went to his room to grab a coat and umbrella soon leaving the building and going outside into the rain.
"Fine! I'll satisfy you!" He yelled out angrily.
       Soon, he was attracted to one big specific puddle that layed on the ground.

"Touch it."

         Days have passed and Gabriel was missing, though Amy barely knew the guy. She was worried and scared for him. She asked the police who were investigating and all they said was that; "We checked the security cameras and it seems he was on drugs maybe. He didn't look sober."
         The voices in her head got worse and worse as the days went on. It seemed that the rain outside won't stop coming down from the clouds. She layed in bed, staring at the ceiling breathing heavily. The voices said the same thing over and over again;

"Go find the rain puddle."
