I went to bed a little later then usual that night, i had changed into some boxers and a t-shirt from my favorite band Nirvana before i crawled into bed. I started looking through my phone until I noticed The Stars laying on the tip of my bed. I decided to read it before i gave it back to Eleanor.
It wasn't a bad but was also no Price Of Dawn either. Its a book about a little girl named Ally who has lung cancer and a careless father that doesn't care about her until he finds out about her cancer and that she's dying.
its a really touchy feeling kind of book but I think it was missing like the last 10-15 pages because the ending wasn't what I expected it to be, AT ALL!! When I finished reading The Stars I decided to text Eleanor.
Me: Hey, PLEASE tell me that the copy that you gave me of The Stars is missing like the last 15 pages!!
Eleanor: I hate to break it to you Gus but its not, that's just how the book is. Sorry :/
Me: NO! this is outrageous, I won't accept it. I demand to speak with this so called author and speak with him
Eleanor: Well good luck getting to New York cuz that's where he will be :)
Me: maybe I will, and ill take you with me
Eleanor: OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!! are you for real??
Me: yep, your the one who introduced me to this author in the first place, why wouldn't I anyway
Eleanor: OH MY GOD!! what is this life?! :)
I stop texting her and have a good night sleep knowing tha Eleanor will be happy and its all thanks to me!
