Chapter 3

Miley's POV

" Muuummm..." I whined stomping my feet around the kitchen in my pajamas.

" Sorry baby but your glasses can't be fixed and you have to be patient and wait for at least two weeks to get your new ones " my mum replied.

Well basically a godzilla punched me straight in the eye and broke my glasses.

Lesson one : Never wake Hailey on a Monday morning.

I was so pissed I refused to go to school that day and it was a bad move. In 12 short hours, Hailey ambushed me with 87 messages, 91 missed calls and 43 voice mails.

I do not wish to attend Hailey funeral, so I decided to not give Hailey another heart attack by cancelling my plan to skip school today but she won't be getting away with it that easy, I made her come to my house at 5 in the morning just to help me hide my blue-bagged eye with make-ups. She deserves it since she's the freaking godzilla who awarded me this blue-bag.

I must've dozed off while Hailey was doing her job because when I woke up I was already powdered with Hailey's beachy tan powder. Let's just say I look good.

" Hailey !" I roared.

“ Come on Miley, since we’ve started making you pretty why not continue?" she squealed excitedly pouring out the contents in her Gucci bag.

I ignored her and settled in my grey hoodie and a butt squashing skin tight jeans. My mum being a great mother she is listened to Hailey's advise and got rid of every single baggy clothes I own without me knowing, she replaced them with more of these skin tight jeans.

And of course, Hailey started squealing again, jumping around me while praising me about how good my butt look in these jeans.

After having breakfast, we managed to catch the bus on time. “You’re suffocating your lips with lip gloss” I whispered into Hailey’s ear.

“Can you see those boys at the back ?”

I looked over Hailey and stared at the bunch of boys around my age goofing around at the back.

“ Yea why ? Don’t tell me you’re moving on to one of them after breaking up with Scott two days ago? Hailey you’re too fast!”

She tossed her lip gloss into her bag and whispered “The three sitting are the hottest guys of Wesley high, I want the quiet one in the middle, Julian Chambers. His popularity does not end in school ground but also out of school, he’s like a celebrity, isn’t that awesome? And the best part is that he wasn’t even trying!”

I opened my mouth to speak but then closed it when Hailey took a deep breath, she wasn’t done yet.

“ I know I’m being greedy but he’s just so perfect and he’s full of mysteries, not even his close friends know about his past, rumors said it was dark and scary but it only helped build up his popularity, girls love mysterious guys. I will chase him to the end of the world if I have to.”

I narrowed my eyes on Julian Chambers and started examining him, he is indeed good looking, his dirty blonde hair, his eyes seemed similar to mine. He was wearing a brown leather jacket and a plain white tee underneath, from the looks of it, this Julian guy must be a rich kid but he doesn’t look like a happy rich kid like Zayn Malik, he wore a boring face, showing no interest in what his friends were goofing about.

I snapped my head back to the front, not interested in him at all, stuffing my earphones into my ears.

“ Miley, are you aware that I’m eating your hair ?” Hailey said through gritted teeth after tugging my earphone out from my ear roughly.
