If I go
Let me go
Don't you follow me
Let me go
I will let you down
Let me go
Even if your heart can't take it
Light me up in flames~~**~~
"Chris?" I heard Arnaldo calling out in mild desperation as I piled four dead bodies beside the cell door. The stairs to underground was easy to reach as few of the guards who were inside didn't glanced much at our way thinking that we're being sent down for additional security.
Everything was going unnaturally smooth.Or I was just being additionally paranoid.
Reaching up the prison cell,we had found four guards there as they had stood in pairs facing each other.Just we had walked ahead nearing them, they had turned towards our approaching figure.
And at the next moment, they were turning towards their way to hell.
Right now,Arnaldo stands near the passcode box fidgeting lightly, which is totally against his all time unfazed nature.
Love do defy the course of every nature.
On the other hand,I lazily dragged the bodies using my left hand near the prison cell door.If someone do come down by chance, they can't see these dead bodies scattered infront their most valuable vest.We don't want them to strike over us inside even before we can escape.
Dusting off my hands, I moved myself beside Arnaldo as he continued holding a black IT kit over the passcord box.Chris is trying to get in that system by God knows what procedure.
"If you don't remember in the worry of Lenna's condition, then let me go through the repeatation and tell that my shoulder is still injured and I can't pull those whale like bodies inside. You need to do that if we want to escape fast." I whispered out watching Arnaldo's restless expression as his dark eyes to glanced over me briefly with no response.
"Azaleas is there?!" I heard a loud voice exclaiming out causing me to curse out under my breath.I totally forgotten that Chris was on the line now.
"Chris.Don't you dare to inform anyone about this now." I whispered out briefly leaning over Arnaldo's microphone as I heard a beep sound coming from my left.Turning,I found the passcode screen showing green signal as the steel door ahead parted from the middle.
"You drag two,I drag two." I quickly muttered out as I leaned down to drag in two dead bodies by pulling their bulletproof vest.Arnaldo dragged his ones earlier than me as I somehow managed to drag them inside without straining my shoulder much.
So much of making Arnaldo do the task.
I watched as the door closed infront of me as I inhaled the chill breath of the room.Quickly turning around, my heart trembled inside as I watched a tied figure lay down at the corner of the cold floor.
Lenna.
Without looking anywhere,I rushed towards the body as my footsteps echoed through the whole air.
Kneeling down beside the pale faced Lenna, I immediately placed my index and middle finger beside her throat feeling her unusual slow pulse vibrate beneath my finger tips.
She's alive.
Sighing out in relief as unannounced tears welled up in my eyes,I cradled Lenna's left hand feeling them sickly cold in between my warm grip."You'll be fine Lenna." I muttered out in a desperate tone as my hands rubbed over her cold hands wanting to warm her up.
Remembering the earlier restless figure not around me,I turned behind watching Arnaldo sitting over his knees in the middle of the room as his whole focus remained fixed over the unconscious Lenna.
