Roommates with Bakugou

Chapter 6

The explosion that just happened moments ago.... had put the city into a frenzy.
I could see people out the window running towards the direction of the dorms, cars speeding past, desperate to get away from the commotion in the direction of the smoke.

"There's no way that could be him...."  I spoke out loud to myself.
But there was only one way to find out, and that was to go there and see.
I got some clothes on and sprinted out the door. I stopped to look around to find the quickest way to the scene. Cars collided together were blocking the streets. No way around. I would just have to run and climb over the cars.
I headed straight in the direction of the smoke and started climbing over cars, and debris. Trying to ease my way through, and sliding between the vehicles... my leg got caught between the bumper and front end of two cars... "Shit!".... I tried wiggling free, but I was stuck pretty good. This would take a minute to get unstuck. I was pulling on my leg when-

*BOOM!!*
"What was that!??" I thought.
All of a sudden a dark shadow came over me. I looked up.... and boulder of concrete I'm pretty sure, was hurtling towards me..
"No no NOOOO!!!"
I yanked and pulled hard at my leg that refused to let me free. This was happing so fast and I had no time to free myself so I braced for what was to come.
*SMASH!*
It hit something....but it wasn't me... a shadow still over me.....in the figure of what could be a person. Was it Bakugou? Was he here to save me again?
I looked up......
And in front of me was a very kind eyed, and sweet looking teenager. His hair was a emerald green, and freckles scattered around his little nose. His quirk was like lighting. It circulated him like as if he was the center of a solar system.
He had his body cradled around me like a shield, just as Bakugou had done when I was in danger when I met him. Now that I thought about it.....it was the same move that Bakugou pulled that day. And knowing that Bakugou goes to UA to learn how to fight villains strategically like that......this boy HAS to go to UA.
" Are you alright, Miss?" The boy asked. His voice was a higher pitch then most boys I heard. Everything about him was so small and meek, but by the looks of his quirk....he could destroy ANYONE. He was definitely stronger than he looked.

"Yeah i-I'm fine, thank you for saving me...." I answered quietly.

"Your welcome!" He answered.
He then grabbed to two cars that were trapping my foot, and with ease....pushed them back...crushing them like it was nothing. Scary. I got stability on my feet.
"Well I should get going." I said and proceeded to walk into the direction of the chaos.

"Wait!! What are you doing?? Where are you going I mean!??"  He called out to me.

I turned around to see his face looked puzzled and scared at the same time.

"It's dangerous over there, you need to evacuate!"

"Why, what's going on over there?" I asked

"It.....it's just one of my friends, he's acting out... we can handle this. We just need to get everyone safe in order to stop him from doing what he's doing."

".............Bakugou." I bluntly said.

The freckled boys big green eyes got wide.
"How do you know Kacchan??"

"Kacchan???"
I always wondered who called Bakugou that when he mentioned it.

"Y-yeah....well....t-that's just what I call him." He said awkwardly.

"Crazy...so do I." I said while smiling.
"Take me to him." I ordered.

"I don't know if I should..." The little green haired boy said while twisting his gloves.

"Please....maybe I can help, I know I can." I reasoned.

"How? What quirk do you have that can stop him?" He asking curiously.

"Well not by using a quirk, but just by talking to him, he might listen I don't know...."  I said.

"Talk?? To Bakugou??" He looked at me amused and nervous at the same time.
" That would never work if one of us tried to do that." He said.
"Trust me... I have my ways." I assured.

"Well....alright." "Let's go then." He agreed.

We both....now walked swiftly in the direction of the smoke.

" I'm Leah by the way.....since were probably going to be knowing each other well now."

The boy blushed for some reason. Probably social awkwardness...
"N-nice to meet you!" He smiled. "I'm Izuku Midoriya."
