A Morning in Paris

A/n: This took so long and I am so sorry, I've had so much going on.

Damian woke up to pots and pans being smashed and a female voice screaming.

"I don't get no sleep cause of y'all, y'all not gon get no sleep cause of m-ahhhhh!" The banging was cut off.

"Why? Why are you like this?" Tim said and a giggle from Jon could be heard.

"We have to go save my cousin remember," Jon said and Damian opened the door already dressed.

"It's like he's summoned by the thought of her," Steph whispered to Tim who had her in a loose chokehold. 

Dick walked out of his room yawning and Jason stepped out loading some guns. "We did some *yawn* planning last night," Dick said and Jason cocked his gun smiling deviously.

"How about we don't kill anyone?" Jon asked and the part of the batclan present walked down to the batcave getting in the jet flying away.

"This doesn't seem safe, Tim and Dick are still like half asleep and we're leaving without Kate and Kara and Connor and like everyone who is actually threatening," Steph said as Dick almost fell asleep at the control panel. "WAKE UP!" Steph screamed slapping Dick on the back.

The jet landed about ten minutes later and the tired bunch got off the plane.

"To Marinette's school," Jon said pointing in a random direction.

"It's this way," Tim said looking up from his phone pointing the other way.

"To Marinette's school!" Jon yelled again Naruto running down the plane runway.

"He's precious," Steph said before running after him and the others looked at each other and started running too. "Keep those knees up ladies!" Steph called back at them which made Jason run faster after her.

They finally made it to the city and saw students walking, biking, and driving to school.

"Think we could hitch a ride? Steal someone's bike?" Jason asked watching as a girl with purple streaks in her hair rode by on her bike.

"We're almost there, let's go visit my aunt and uncle before we go ruin someone's life for ruining my cousin's," Jon said and Tim groaned. "They have coffee."

"I say we go," Tim said marching over to the bakery walking through the front doors.

"Hey Aunt Sabine, Uncle Tom!" Jon said smiling as his family came to hug him.

"We didn't think you'd ever come to visit again with what Marinette has been doing," Sabine said and the occupants of the bakery were confused.

"What did Marinette do?" Jon asked confused.

"She's been bullying a girl at school named Lila, the poor girl got pushed down the stairs by her, and Marinette is making up lies about her and stealing her stuff," Sabine said wiping a tear from her eye. Jon looked back at Tim who nodded hacking the school security cameras going through hours of footage in seconds using Marinette's face finding videos of set up's occurring.

"And you believe her over your own daughter?" Jason asked from the back arms crossed.

"Why wouldn't I? The proof stacks against her," Sabine said and the clan stormed out of the bakery and over to the school.

"Do you know where the office is?" Dick asked standing there with just Jon holding him like his son.

"That way," a man pointed and the clan walked up to the office and Jon punched a hole through the door and took it off pulling back.

"Didn't anyone ever teach you to... oh dear," Damocles said inviting his guests to sit down. "What seems to be the problem?"

"We've been getting word that a student of yours a Miss. Lila Rossi is spreading rumors and slander about us also making a good friend of my brother's life a living hell, we'd like to have a word with her in front of her class," Dick said putting on a sweet smile and Damocles got up leading them to the room.

"I am looking for a Lila Rossi," Damian said from the front of the room and Marinette's eyes widened.

"Are you Damian Wayne?" Lila asked gasping but also smiling widely.

"You'd know that right because we're dating and you're close with my brothers and best friends with my friend Jon Kent who you gossip with and send him pictures of guys who you think would suit him? Am I right or am I wrong?" Damian asked eyes narrowing with each word the rest of his family walking in. Jon looked across the room and saw a blond boy looking back at him and Jon blushed looking away.

"You hurt someone very close to us Miss. Rossi and that will not stand, we'll have to call your mother to sort this out and figure out what else you lied about but we know for a fact that Marinette is innocent, we do have video evidence that people lacked to check cause they trust the word of a liar over the word of a trustworthy student," Tim said pulling up a video of Lila walking to the bottom of the stairs and writhing in pain, planting test answers, putting a necklace in Marinette's locker and others.

The entire class gasped and then Tim pulled up some audio. "I told you I'd make your life miserable Marinette." The words echoed in Lila's ears and Miss Bustier clutched her chest.

"I'll give it to you, you're one hell of an actress but you can't fool us," Jason said walking to the back of the classroom nodding for Marinette to get up. "We called Lois and Clark after a meet with your parents and you're coming to live with them thanks to CPS," Jason whispered.

"Did any of you know she was lying, at all?" Steph asked exacerbated.

"I did," Adrien said from the front of the class and everyone turned to him shocked. "She and my father had a little game going I don't know why or how but she weaseled her way into my family life, my father loved her more than me and if I didn't hang out with her or say the right thing bad things happened," Adrien said looking right at Jon who listened to his heartbeat.

"He's not lying, I can tell," Jon said.

"What's your name kid?" Dick asked leaning down in front of him.

"Adrien Agreste."

"Like Emilie Agreste?" Dick asked.

"You knew my mom?" Adrien asked excitedly.

"More like knew someone who knew her, if you're that scared of your father you can come with us too and we can get him thrown in jail or something," Dick said and Adrien got up too walking out the door with the batfamily hearing screams of students as police rushed in taking Lila away.

Damian held hands with Marinette getting on the jet. "Get ready for a new life."
