When me and Sean first arrived in California we knew the rule don't get to attached to your lifestyle because it will change again in a year and you think after doing this for so many years i would understand the rules and i did understand them completely i was good at following the rules so that my family would stay safe they were always to be put first but with Maggie it was different i was able to let things go for a little bit and live my life the best i could and trust me i know we are not supposed to tell people who we really are because we are being watched constantly so if they were to ever find out we told someone we would have to live in a building with everyone else who broke the rules but that's not important we are living in the here and now trying our best to be happy.
*** Mya's pov of seeing Maggie***
i started school 2 weeks ago and i guess me and Sean aren't the only ones who are new hear apparently from what i have been told some girl named Maggie was new here to she started 2 days before me i haven't meet her yet but my schedule just got changed again and im pretty sure we have algebra and biology together plus lunch. ( biology class) oh my god there is only one seat open whatever i will be fine no one else is a the table well not yet at least as soon as the bell rang a girl with really pretty green eyes ran and suddenly i couldn't breathe its like i was something literally knocked the air out of me she came and sat next to me with her little tea cup that really only had water in it "Hi my name is Maggie i am pretty sure we have not met yet" her voice was beautiful and from that moment forward i knew i could not leave California " Hi My name is Mya do you maybe want to come to my house after school and we can work on that project Mr. L just assigned" "yes" then the bell rang but after that day we became inseparable i didn't go any where with out her and it was the same way for her

*** Maggie's pov of meeting Mya***
so i know people say you cant run from your problems so i don't i deal with them and i was doing really good until it was time to move again except this time it was me by myself moving away from my best friend my twin brother Jacob and i didn't even have a choice the people just called my dad and said it was time to split again so here i am relocated in California and its the same rules don't get to attached because you have to leave soon but there is this girl i seen in the hall way at school and i have to know her there is like some force drawing me to her that i can't get rid of so i may or may not of have my schedule changed so that we have the same biology class. ( biology class) "Ms. Walters thank you for coming to class but next time your late you will get detention" "sorry Mr. L it wont happen again" it did happen again 4 more times but to be fair the campus was huge and always crowded so but whatever there was seat open and lucky for me it was next to the pretty girl from the hallway she looked shocked but i figured i should introduce myself " Hi i'm Maggie i do not think we have met yet" it took her a minute to say something kinda like she was analyzing me but finally she said " Hi My name is Mya do you maybe want to come to my house after school and we can work on that project Mr. L just assigned" after thinking about i figured what's the harm of just talking to someone or working on a school project so finally i said "yes" we never left each others side after that i knew it was going to hurt like hell when i left her but i had to know her even if it was only for a few months
