I have a match less than 1 hour, waiting is boring. And so I went to my room and read a book I collected. Few minutes later, I heard a soft knock on the door. Expecting it was Emma, since she always come to my room at 4 PM to hang out with her at the garden. "Aesop?" I asked being confused what he's doing infront of my room 'cause he's not usually out here unless he have a match.
"Y/N, do you wanna go somewhere after your match later?" he asked with a small voice. I replied a 'yes' but "where?"
"Garden or in the Library? To hangout.." he answered my question with a small voice, as usual.
Match
Martha, Edgar, and Tracy was already waiting at the waiting room waiting for the hunter. The hunter entered and it was Bon Bon, "Oh dear, how am I supposed to kite." I let out a sigh and whispered. (im bad at kiting bon bon HAHA)
Martha noticed my situation and heard the words I said and calmed me down "Don't worry." with a gentle voice, softened, smile.
It calmed me down a bit, but I have a bad feeling. The match has started and everyone is decoding. The hunter found me first and whisper shouted "Dammit.". Knowing I can't kite Bon Bon well, I am screwed. I really need to calm down a bit and kite at least 2 ciphers.
I was able to kite 2 ciphers and I got knocked down right after the 2nd cipher pop "shit!" came out of my mouth, being afraid that I disappointed my teammates.
I'm chaired and Martha came for the rescue, but I'm afraid that she'll get knocked down also. Nah, she's a rescuer, she should be fine right..? "Man, we're losing if i keep up being an asshole." I mumbled quietly. Since I rarely curse, it felt weird.
"You're losin-" Martha cut his words (im not sure bon bon's gender AAA) and shot him with a flare gun. While Bon Bon was recovering from the shot, thank god I managed to run away thanks to Martha.
"Here, I'll heal you. I may not be a good healer but I still can try." Martha said to me while I'm holding my wound.
While she was healing, the heartbeat suddenly gets louder, which means the hunter is close. Martha got to fully heal me and we went to the closest locker to hide.
Turns out, Edgar was found and he's now kiting Bon Bon. Emma is decoding the last cipher. "Cipher machine primed!" emma signaled us, waiting for someone to get wounded and pop the last cipher.
Edgar got terror shocked when he tried to vault a window, I felt useless since I was hiding in a locker. Being a scaredy cat. Emma popped the last cipher and I signaled my teammates "The hunter has detention!". Every hunter carries it and everytime the last cipher pops their eyes will go red, glowing red.
Martha opened the gate and Edgar was close to escaping, I bodyblocked saying the word "Don't move." (this effect last 5 seconds)
It worked, but if I weren't hiding in the locked I could've bodyblocked edgar vaulting the window.
This was the first time I ever escaped competing Bon Bon.
"Good game, but it was kinda terrifying facing Bon Bon." I said to them, letting out a nervous and awkward laugh. "By the way Martha, I'm sorry if I made your time hard." I apolagized, worrying that I was a burden to her. "No need to worry, I'm a rescuer afterall! It is my job to rescue." she replied me with a big smile.
I went to my room and just lay down. Looking at the ceilling, not noticing that Aesop came in. "Y/N, why are you staring at the ceilling?" Aesop asked as if I'm a weirdo staring at the ceilling. "Oh it's nothing. Let's go hang out I promised that we'll go after my match ended right?" I changed the topic to the Hang Out thing.
"Yeah, let's go to the library and talk about books or read somethin' and go to the garden?" Aesop asked. I replied with an 'Okay'. "Aesop look at this comic." I called Aesop to check out the comic, it was a funny comic. "Oh what type of comic is it?" Aesop asked while smiling (he opened his mask <3). "---------" (I couldn't think of a comic name so ye just insert ya fav comedy comic.)
We hanged out and talked about comedy comics, novels and all then went to the garden for fresh air. I would go to the garden and lay down on the grass. Aesop let out a laugh as he saw me roll down the grass like an idiot. Not my problem it's fun!
"Aesop do you have a match today?" I asked, thinking if he's free then we can drink at the library and hang out again. "Actually, I have a match at 8 pm." He told me while giving off a nervous laugh.
"Alright then," I replied back with a small smile and head to my room, "I'll go to my room and rest for a bit, tell me when you're going to the preparing room so I don't look like an idiot searching for you."I laughed. "Haha, okay." He let out a small laugh.
And so I went to my room, staring at the ceilling again, and fell asleep.
Aesop came in to tell me that he's going to the preparing room and so I said "Okay Good Luck." and waved at him. I went back to sleep.
I didn't realize that Emma came in my room and I woke up to her saying that I said words in my sleep like "Chicken loafs.." (chicken loafs r my favs LMAOAOAO) I felt like an idiot right after she said that and I turned red and looked away.
