Chapter 12: Blue Moon Court

The next morning I realized Alexander had left town.

The good thing about that was he had taken Jade but the bad thing was that now we didn't know what they could be planning.

" Great! Just great!. Now what?" I asked.

Simon looked around at the now empty room that belong to Alexander and walked up to pick up an old looking piece of paper that looked like a letter of some sort. He picked it up and attentively looked at it.

With that gorgeous smile of his he looked up at me and said

"well we can always go to the Blue Moon court."

" They will track him down and make him serve justice! " he said in a firm voice.

"Wow don't you sound like a public service announcement. Hahaha!" I said trying to lighten up the mood.

We had to wait until dark then head to the court

I was really nervous to meet the Blue Moon court that was made of real vampires, I mean what if they all suddenly want a snack and BAMM!! Next thing you know eight original vampires are feeding on me like a half price Buffett.

I guess Simon notice I was nervous because he took my hands and told me to look at him and I did then he said everything would be fine but something just didn't feel right.

After hours that seem like years passed by it was finally time to go see the members of the Blue Moon court.

There was a tall beautiful building that must of had at least 100 rooms in it and on the front yard was a ring of fire that surround the place. Simon said the ring of fire was so they couldn't attack the place since fire was the only thing that could kill a vampire, anything that was related to the heat really that's why some can't go out during a sunny day without a blue moon ring that will protect them.

Simon asked for permission to come in and speak to them through what he calls mind control but I think he just likes to show off.

Inside was dark with mild light in some areas creepy really but nice the was royal blue silk curtains hanging long and droopy.

"Come inside Son." Said a creepy and firm voice.

"Oh you brought a guess."

"This is____" Simon couldn't finish.

"I know who she is." He said.

"The rest of the court is not in town but I am here, now what is it that brings you here?." He said leaning forward from behind that tall and long desk.

I guess everyone with vampire blood is handsome even for an older man. I really needed to focus instead of checking out the old guy.

"We come to you today requesting you put a stop to Alexander and his ruthless killings." Requested Simon.

We were not allowed to know the real names of Blue Moon court members they just let us call them by their number and this one was number seven.

He looked away then slowly looked back at Simon.

"Do you have any proof Mr.Lewis?

"Yes! I know where at least half of the bodies of the people he killed are and Jade also knows. She helped him hide the bodies." Answered Simon

" He admitted it to me." I said in a low voice as I looked down.

I was feeling ashamed for dating someone like that.

After a few minutes of silence

"He is a leader to your generation, You know that the only way to get rid of him is for you to merge with him and that is extremely dangerous for the two of you." He finally said in a really serious voice.

"Ok. Bring him here." Said Simon.

'Wait what's going on? Why is it dangerous? Merge?" I was really confused

"I am next to be the leader of my generation so I'm the one that has to battle with him and the one that survives can take over and live under a new law for vampires and children of the night which until now are just you and Jade." He explained.

" I will set everything up for tomorrow at 11:11 PM. " said number Seven.

This could mean I would loose Simon forever...
