suna's pov

next day

I woke up with y/n still hugging me under the covers. my phone was ringing so I forced myself up to answer it.

my elbows were propping me up and y/n's arm was sitting on my stomach, her legs loosely tangled around mine.

I answered the phone and ryoko appeared on the screen.

"hey bean how are you?" I quietly said so I don't wake y/n up.

"I'm good rin how are you?!?!??" she had a wide smile on her face and her voice was a bit too loud...

"I'm good. so, why did you call? don't you have school?" I asked and she gave me a confused look.

"school starts in an hour-"

"HEY HONEY HOW ARE YOU??" mom cut her off, shouting at the phone.

"can you two be quiet?" I cut her off so she doesn't wake miss sleeping beauty up.

"oh... did you just wake up?" she asked, guilt in her voice.

"no." I turned the phone so I can show them y/n, who was currently sleeping on me with her eyebrows furrowed from all the noise.

"Y/–" ryoko beamed but I cut her off.

"bean she's sleeping shhhh"

I felt y/n move away from me so I turned my head, hoping she didn't wake up, which she did. she let out a loud groan, stretching her body around, hitting me in the process.

"what time is it?" she said with a yawn.

"time to go back to sleep"

"say less" she laid back down, her back facing me and I let out a small chuckle before turning my attention back to my phone.

"rin why are you in the same bed? and why are you shirtless??" my mom said, panicking.

"DID YOU KISS???" ryoko said excitedly and my eyes widened.

"NO WHAT–"

"ryoko. I'm trying to sleep. can you please stop talking" y/n cut me off. she sounded serious and threatening.

"scary" me and ryoko said at the same time, as I was looking at the back of y/n's head.

"wait you have to wake up too. GET UP" I put my phone down and started shaking her. she turned around and shoved me out of the bed.

third person pov

"hah that was priceless" y/n laughed at the sight of suna clumsily falling off the bed. he stayed silent for a couple of seconds, his body not moving at all.

"...everything.....hurts" he finally spoke, causing y/n to sit up and lean towards the end of the bed, so she can see him better.

"suna? foxy are you dead?" she jokingly said but he remained silent, his face buried in the hard floor.

"...suna talk to me please" y/n's voice was coated with slight terror and shock. silence filled the room once again and y/n spoke up some seconds later.

"rintarou?" she hesitantly said. she's never called him by his first name before so she didn't expect to get a reaction.

suna's head shot up and he looked at y/n's petrified figure, looking at him.

"did you just call me by my first name?" he said with a smirk and y/n gave him a strong death stare.

"is everything ok?" Mrs suna spoke from the phone.
