The Story of Guardianvanna

Chapter 1: The Conference

The castle was being attacked, it seems no one could stop the raiders. The Guardian had been weakened. His spells could not stop them. He was hit at a weak spot. Scared, he ran. To protect the royal family. He heard his son, Noodle yelling "HG!" He ran to him, and The Guardian (HG) had slipt, and right as he hit the ground, he woke up.

Noodle was yelling in his ear "HG, WAKE UP! YOU HAVE A CONFERENCE WITH THE ROYAL GUARDS IN 10 MINUTES!". Hg had just realized the time was 8:50, he should have woken up an hour earlier. He told noodle to get out of the room. Hg quickly got dressed and used his powers to begin making coffee. Within 5 minutes he had everything prepared, of course, he was stressed. But, he was prepared.

He went to the conference swiftly, with papers tumbling out of his arms. Finally, he made it to the meeting table. "Bit late there Hg." Said the Royal Captain, DaRealNill. Trying to amuse the rest of the guards. However, it was rather displeasing.

"Sorry- my alarm didn't go off," The Guardian said, in a stressed and tense voice. They Began the meeting.

"Yeah well, let us begin the meeting. Basically, there is a rumor that today the palace will be under siege in 48 hours. We need to teach the rest of the guards how to use your spells HG, Only I know some of them." Said DaRealNill, in a kinda worried voice. He got out of his chair and started to walk back and forth. He was frightened because he was the only one who knew some of Hg's powers. Not any other guard knew how to use his powers.

"ABSOLUTELY NOT! Let me put into perspective if there was a spy in our widths, which I know there are. How else would they know YOUR identity." Hg had said in a rather unsettling voice. It was true, the guards were not allowed to share their identities. But the public knew about DaRealNill. 

DaRealNill thought about what he was gonna say for a second, and he finally settled on saying: "That is true. I have never shared my identity, yet they knew. Well if we're not gonna share your powers, you are going to fight with us". DaRealNill was confident with that statement. They then did a vote on if HG was going to battle with them.

"All who agree with me battling with you, say I, all who disagree, say Nay."

Every guard said "I" and it was settled. Hg was going to fight with them.

"Now, what about the royal family?" DaRealNill said. None of them have even thought about what they were gonna do with them.

"I have a blank amulet. I could use it to fill in with the Guardian Energy" As Hg finished his sentence, everyone was shocked. Blank amulets were so rare, not even the royal family had a single one. That's what everyone thought. The recipe for them was lost 100 years ago, and even if it was found, the things to make an amulet were atrocious to get.

"YOU HAVE AN AMULET?!" DaRealNill yelled, he in astonishment. He had never seen an amulet, all he knew was they are VERY powerful. If you touched them, they would activate a spell without draining any of your energy. It could be active for up to 10 hours, but that's only if you had the master division amulet.

"Yeah, I do. I kept it secret since it would put the royal family in even more danger. Basically, we need to inject some of the guardian energy, and whenever they touch the amulet there should be a bubble protecting them." Hg said, in an unsettling voice. He was scared there was a spy in this very room, and they would know the royal family had an amulet. People had killed for an amulet, HG had seen two men fight over it. One was killed, and the other was executed. The amulet was lost. 

DaRealNill whispered to Hg, "You shouldn't have said that it's just another reason for them to bring all their forces." DaRealNill was even more worried for Hg and the royal family.

There were cannon shots outside of the castle. They were already here. An army was outside of the palace, all 5 of the royal guards stood up and were ready to attack. They were outnumbered, what would they do? To be continued...
