Bella walking up to Ginny and throwing a punch into Ginny's gut causing her to fall back frantically.

Giving Bella just enough time to get in another hit this time in the face almost better than Hermione's right hook. 

Ginny gains back her strength and hits Bella the upper cut hitting Bella's jaw.

Hermione screaming "BELLA".

Meanwhile across the great hall 

"Hermione why do you stay with her when she literally takes your ability to walk not even for your pleasure but a punishment" Harry said.

Hermione looked into Harry's eyes  "Because I'm her's, her sub and I love her" she spoke in a defensive tone.

Harry said " But Hermione after all she has put you through you shouldn't put up with".

Hermione just walked a little away from Harry knowing he was a little right but she loved Bella to much to think about that Bella was literally fighting for her.

By the time that Hermione looked back other to the fight Ginny was on the ground and Bella had blood on her face and was screaming "Ginny stay away from or next time I will not stop until your dead" at Ginny.

Hermione started to run to Bella but was grabbed from behind and a voice said "shh".

Hermione did and noticed to person started to walk up to the Gryffindor common room and open the door she was sat down on the couch and was surprised to see Ron and Harry and  Draco?

RON,HARRY,DRACO? WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU" Hermione said.

"SHH" Ronald said.

Harry then spoke "Hermione you need to stay away from Bella".

Hermione confused replied "why she is like the best thing that ever happened to me".

Hermione tried to run away but her arm was grabbed by Draco and pulled back.

Draco then said "even if you run back to her you will always come back unable to stand".

Hermione's legs were still shaking Hermione knew that was what he was referring too.

She tried her best and eventually someone came up behind her scaring her to death.

But realized it was Bella and calmed then Bella carried her back to Bella's dorm.

Hermione layed on Bella's bed and when Bella sat down next to her Hermione kissed her neck.

Bella very aware that Hermione's legs were shaking and her clit was very sore wasn't going to do anything but let Hermione continue until she realized that Bella wasn't going to-

But then realized its for her own good.

Harry then knocked on the door "Bella can you send Hermione out here".

Bella replied with "she still can't walk"

Harry said "she walked here?".

Bella opened the door and let Hermione hold on to one of Harry's shoulders and went back in the room and closed the door.

About a few minutes later Bella went to check on Harry and Hermione and they were gone no where to be seen?
