Kao almost had a breakdown as he finishes watching the video. Her parents are calling him and urging him to open his door but he became deaf. He cannot make himself accept the things he just heard from Naree herself.

Kao, open the door luk his mother almost beg him

But Kao, I don't know what happening with him Khun, remember he's out of my sight for almost 2 years and I don't really know if he's still tough as he used to be.
