You need to set boundaries between you and your little, here are some ideas for rules and punishments:
Rules:
-Have a set bedtime (ex: on weekdays they should be in bed and off electronics at 10PM, on weekends it's 11PM unless told otherwise)
-Always call your CG by their CG name (Mommy, Daddy, Papa, Mama, Bubba, Bubs, etc.)
-Eat at least 2 meals a day
-Follow your hygiene routine (brush teeth, bathe/shower, etc.)
-Always tell your CG when something's wrong
-Don't lie/talk back
-Make sure you drink enough water
-No self harm
-Keep your room clean
-Set amount of screen time a day
-No alcohol when little
-No swearing when little
Punishments:
-No TV
-Early bedtime
-No candy for a day/week/etc.
-Timeout
-No electronics
