During Mitsuki Eucliffe and Ryusei Cheney's time together in sabertooth they were consequently growing closer that many thought they had feelings for each other.
Ryusei Cheney many had noticed that the emotionless boy had changed after Mitsuki entered his life permanently when she came back from her training with the Luna queen Hikari for her Luna magic control the Luna guardian had been able to bring out his best side.
In fact the sabertooth members can confirm that the boy had indeed changed for the better after the arrival of his childhood friend "good morning Ryu" Mitsuki Dreyar pulled the shadow dragon slayer out of his thoughts "oh when did you get back from your mission?" Ryu chose to ignore the surprised look of the mermaid heel members and his best friend leaning forward "early in the morning dad seemed pretty tired so he stayed back today" Ryusei Cheney had been thankful for the fact she decided to sit down "no wonder dad's so grouchy today" he noted how his father seemed to be annoyed while his mother placed a cup of tea for him.
"Where's Lector?" Ryusei asks noting that the red cat wasn't beside Mitsuki Eucliffe when he clearly had an attachment to the women "oh he's over there with Spirit" she pointed behind him at the black and blue small dragon looking over Rogue Cheney's papers "does he know what he's doing?" the black-haired celestial mage wondered "well I'm assuming he does since he offered to help".
All of Fiore knew that Mitsuki and Ryusei worked well together despite their opposing magic.
It was common knowledge that after sabertooth's twin dragon's had a family of their own their children would be able to work together as well as their fathers so when they found out about Sting's daughter Mitsuki Eucliffe Minerva Orland had a feeling that she would become the light to a certain shadow dragon slayers son's life she knew that Mitsuki would be the one to calm Ryusei's demon's the spatial mage doesn't know how but the guild's princess is just able to calm the boy demons.
So it didn't come as a surprise to her when the two were sent off on an important mission together with her they were supposed to be undercover and Minerva was planning to take full advantage of this chance.
