You sped over to Yuta and pulled him out of his chair, "Oi! What are you doing?"

You dragged him by his shirt to your bedroom, "My landlord is here. I'm not supposed to have guests in my apartment. He doesn't trust me since I'm a college student."

You opened your doubled door closet and shoved Yuta in, "Oi-!"
You shut the door on him before he could say anything else, "Just please be quiet while I talk to my landlord."

You could hear a cloud huff from the other side. Yuta was most likely annoyed at this point...

You quickly made your way to the front door and opened it. You forced a smile, "Oh, Mr. Saito! You're here?"

The old man glared at you, "I'm here to do an inspection, kid."

"Ahaha...! Right, right! Come right in!" You opened the door wide for the old man and he came in through. He was a bit shorter than you and had gray hair. He had many wrinkles, showing signs of aging and stress.

Mr. Saito took a look around, inspecting the sink, washing and drying machines and then headed into the bedroom.

"Have you any trouble with any leakages?" Mr. Saito asked, entering the bedroom.

You followed in after him and noticed the closet doors were wide open. Your eyes widened, 'Are you kidding me!?'

Mr. Saito turned around and noticed your expression, "What is it, boy?"

Turning your attention back to the old man you waved your hands and laughed sheepishly, "Nothing, nothing! What was the question?"

"Any leakages?"

"Ah, no, sir. None."

"Very well, seems like you've been keeping up with this old apartment." He nodded and walked out past you, "I'll be doing another inspection randomly next month. Open the door faster next time, boy, I've got a whole apartment to go through. " you escorted the old man out of your apartment.

"Yessir, I will. Sorry about that." You said apologetically.

Mr. Saito gave you one last glare and closed the door behind him.

You let out a long sigh, relieved...

"Who was that old man?" Yuta's voice came from behind you.

You jumped in surprise and spun around, "Why did you get out of the closet, you fool!?"

Yuta crossed his arms and leaned against the wall on his side, "I had to make sure he wasn't going to hurt you."

You rolled your eyes, "He's Mr. Saito, my landlord. Besides, hes a wrinkly grumpy old man, how would he hurt me?"

Yuta narrowed his eyes, "He doesn't smell human... did you not notice that you don't hear him knocking on the room beside yours?"

You shrugged, "Honestly, I could care less if he's inspecting the other people living here. He gave me a pretty good price since I'm a college student."

Yuta scoffed, "You're pretty oblivious, aren't you?" He walked up to you and began backing you up against the front door.

"Hey, what do you think you're doing?" You tried to keep a stern voice but instead it wavered from nervousness. He wasn't going to eat you now, was he? Were the eggs not filling enough?

The cold door touched your back. Yuta was staring you down. His yellow eyes glowing through the shadows of his hair covering his face, "Are you scared?"

"O-of course I am..." you say nervously, "You're not going to eat me now, are you? After what I've done for you?"

Yuta smirked, "You do look pretty tempting right now... the way you're shivering underneath me..."

You shut your eyes closed as he brought his face nearer to yours.

This might be it...

A burst of laughter.

You shot open your eyes to see Yuta bending his back backwards, laughing whole heartily, his hands on his stomach.

You could feel the heat come to your cheeks from anger, "Oi! That wasn't funny!"

Yuta stifled his laughter, "You should've seen the look on your face!"

You realized this was the first time Yuta had shown any emotions, and softened your gaze on him. You hit his shoulder, "Stupid."

Yuta calmed down and looked at you seriously now, "I would never eat you, (Y/N). Unless... you'd want me to."
