Moving to Korea

''y/n, are you done packing?''

''yes stop screaming!''

Me and my best friend was done packing and on our way to the airport. we are moving to Korea today and we are so excited. my best friend, Caroline, just broke up with her boyfriend, niki, so she was a little sad atm. The taxi stoped outside of the airport and we stepped out and saw that we where a bit late for our flight. we hurried and took our luggage, and rushed to the gate. we got there just in time, and we showed our passport and entered the plane. we got a window seat and i asked Caroline if she wanted to sit at the window. she said yes and got in. just when the plane started moving a guy sat down right beside me, but i didnt think about it more. the flight was long, very long, i think around 10 hours since we had to go from New York to Seoul. i looked over to Caroline and she was sleeping. i really had to use the restroom so i asked the guy he could move a little so i could get out. he kindly did that and i went to the restroom. when i was done and went back to my seat but on my way there i saw the face of the guy who sits besides me. he was cute, very cute actually and i got a little nervous, but since he was a stranger i didnt think much about it. i sat down and put on my Kdrama i was watching at that moment its called do do sol sol la la sol. i fell asleep fast and i woke up when there was only 2 hours until we where in Korea. my Ipad i was watching Netflix on was turned off and placed in my little bag and my airpods was in the case in the bag too. i was confused since i was sleeping so i obviously didnt do it. i looked around but Caroline was still asleep. i tried to wake her up but she was very tired so i could. the guy beside me poked my shoulder and it gave me a little chok but he didnt notices. he said that he was the one who put my things away since i was sleeping. i looked at him and i was scanning his featured.

'àre you done starring?''he asked and my face had a little tint of pink in it.

''sorry, its just.. i didnt think you would do that since in a stranger''

'ì was just trying to help you tho.''

''i know and thank you so much'' i answered and looked away again.

''hey ehm.. can i get your name?''he asked and i looked at him again.

''yeah i guess.. my name is y/n and this is my best friend Caroline.''

''y/n? thats a cute name, my name is geonu.''he said and i smiled a little to my self.

*time skip to the airport*

Me and Caroline got of the plane and went to get out luggage. while we where waiting for our luggage i spotted Geonu on the other side of the conveyor. he was looking at his phone so he didnt see me. we where waiting for so long, it felt like hours and Geonu got his things and left a long time ago. when our things finally came we took it and went outside to the cab that should drive ud to our hotel. in the cab, me and Caroline was talking about was we where going to do today. we decided to just unpack our things and rest a little, since we where very tired due to jetlag and stuff.

we got to the hotel and checked in. went to our room an settled down. we took a quick nap and when we both woke up it was 3pm and we decided do go to seoul and just walk around getting to know the area. we took the train to the center of seoul, and when we got to seoul we walked around in the shops in the underground. Caroline bought two pair of pant and i got a shirt. we got to the last store which was a clothing store, and when we went in there, someone said my name and i looked behind me and it was Geonu. he was with two of his friends and they waved at me. i was a little confused since i didnt know them at all but i waved back since they seem like nice people.

''what are you guys doing in a girlclothing store?''i asked a looked a little confused.

''ahh. its Daniel, he has to buy a gift for his girlfriend.'' i nodded and smiled.

''i was wondering if you guys could help me find a good birthday present for her?'' Daniel asked a little shy. i looked at Caroline to check if it was okay with her but i catched her starring at Jungwon. i snapped my fingers in front of her face.

''yeah sure!!''she answered and i laughed a little at her behavior.

Geonu smiled at me and we walked out of the store and went outside to look in different stores. Caroline and Jungwon looked like they where having a lot og fun. they where a little flirty every once in a while. and me Geonu and Daniel walked together and talked about different topics. we went to a restaurant to get something to eat. a sat in between Geonu and Daniel, and Caroline and Jungwon on the other side of the table. we ordered our food and me and Geonu was told to go and get the food and we did so. on the way to the counter Geonu grabbed my wrist.

''if its uncomfortable for you to walk around with us since we dont know each other that well, just tell me okay?''he said in a soft voice. i didnt feel uncomfortable at all, it was a little awkward at first but its fine now.

''dont worry in not uncomfortable''i smiled and so did he.

''i really want to get to know you more, and if its okay with your a want you to come with me to dance practice tomorrow.'' he asked and i could tell on his voice that he was nervous.

''that sounds really nice actually. and maybe you could show me around when you are done practicing since i have never been here before?''i asked and looked down.

''i would love that''he said and i could see his smile when i looked up again.

''anyways lets go get the food before it gets cold''he said and i nodded in agreement.

we finished eating and Daniel ended up buying a beautiful ring for his girlfriend. we went to the train station and said our goodbyes. when we where about to part ways Geonu stopped and called out my name.

''y/n wait! can you please give me your number so i can text you about tomorrow?''he asked and a sweet voice. i said yes and coded in my number on his phone. he smiled and waved at me. when me and Caroline got to the hotel we changed into something comfortable and laid in the bed.

''what did Geonu mean by tomorrow? what is happening tomorrow?''Caro asked and i got a little nervous. what if she gets mad at me for making other plans without her knowing?

'' ehm Geonu asked me if i wanted to come with him to dance practice.. and i said yes. please dont get mad. i can cancel it if you want me to'' i said even tho i would get a little sad if i had to cancel.

'' ahh thats fine, Jungwon asked me out too. he want to show me around in seoul'' she answered and i calmed down.

''lets get some sleep and get ready for tomorrow''i said but Caroline was already sleeping.

*bling*

i got a text from someone, but who would text me at this hour? it was nearly 1 am.

*unknown number* - hi y/n its me Geonu. can you please give me your hotel address and i will come and pick you up at 12 am. goodnight!

y/n - hi geonu! the address is ****** *** ***** ******* see you tomorrow! Goodnight to you too :)

i smiled and he send a thumbs up back. i put my phone away and went to sleep. tomorrow is going to be interesting i guess. and im actually a little nervous....
