Tanjiro x Kanao

"Tanjiro! I don't even think your boss will allow us to come up here!" Kanao yelled, Tanjiro had took her hand and led her up the stairs to the rooftop.

"My manager allowed it dear! It'll be alright." He assured her and opened the door leading to the rooftop. There were lots of floors to the tall building so they were very high up.

Kanao made a worried sigh and went along with him.

He slowly walked kind of near the edge of the building and took both of her hands in his.

"Kanao Tsuyuri, I've loved you since the day we met." He began.

Kanao nodded, she didn't know what to say. But she knew what was coming.

Tanjiro knelt down, a blushing mess. He realized how nervous he was just then and there.

"I've enjoyed every moment I've spent with you, I love you and I will continue loving you forever. So, I'm going to ask this either now or never. Kanao, will you be my bride?" He smiled.

Kanao stood there for a second, she didn't know what to say. She hesitated on saying, "Yes." So she decided to let her actions work better.

She ran to Tanjiro and hugged him tightly, bursting out into tears. She clutched onto the back of his shirt as if it were the most important thing on Earth.

"O-Of course Tanjiro, I love you so much. I'd be so glad to be your bride..."

He sighed in relief, then fireworks went off.

Kanao broke the hug to turn to the beautiful show before her. She wiped her tears and asked Tanjiro, "Did you plan this?"

Tanjiro let out a small chuckle and replied to her, "I did."

Tanjiro stood up and wrapped his arms around her waist, giving her a soft kiss. Kanao kissed back happily, her heart was racing. The love of her life just proposed.

She loved him and he loved her too.

...
In the office:

"I wonder if he's finally proposed."Kagaya Ubuyashiki hummed.

"I'm sure he did, the fireworks have already gone off." Giyuu smiled.

"They're so cute together!!" Mitsuri giggled, getting papers.

Shinobu said, "Of course they are! I do hope Tanjiro treats her right."
