He makes sure that if someone is getting to close, to prove that your his. He makes sure to come up behind you, or even cut between you and the other person to kiss you. He can also give amazing death stares.
Sora isn't one to get jealous easily, but he still likes to be with you and have you to himself. If he gets jealous he would most likely be open about it. He would make sure that you aren't uncomfortable as well, and help you out with standing up for yourself.

If you lose contact with eachother, or haven't seen eachother ina while, sora will feel like trash. Being with you is his form of seratonin.
He will start to overthink and will blame himself for making you become distant. It slowly drives him crazy, not being with you. He does things like gathering all your things and keeping them with him at all times, or using your clothing and perfume with pillows as if you were really there.
When you guys become close again, he will make sure to treat you extremely well (cooking for you, checking up on you, helping with homework, etc.) to ensure that you both stay happy.
