Day off

Since I had a day off or off day. I decided I was staying in bed much longer than I typically would.

I wasn't sleeping just had the covers over my head holding them so Steph wouldn't come and yank them away.

I could hear him bustling about in our room before he stops moving and chuckles so he must have seen what I'm doing.

"Time to get up," he says as he moves closer to the bed.

"No it's my day off and I'm staying here longer" I replied

I feel him grab the blanket and try to tug it away which results in a game of tug of war.

"Come one let go and get up," he says

"Not happening Steph" I tell him

"Why not?" he questions

"I am staying right here with my head covered and relaxing" I replied

"But I want you up so we can go check on Ejliah's then go for a cute little date," he says

I move the blanket down a little.

"I swear Steph if I leave right here I will be upset" I warned

"I can deal with it," he says

So I get out of bed and maneuver my way around the room getting ready before I follow him out of the house.

Once we are back I go and change back into my pjs and go climbing back into bed but Steph has other plans for me.

He wraps his arms around my waist and keeps me from getting in bed.

"What, we went to do as you wanted not I'm getting back in bed," I tell him

"I know we did what we wanted but you aren't getting back in bed," he says

I glared at him before pushing him off me and walking away.

I went and locked myself in my little office and laid there on the couch and covered up my head.

"He won't let me ay in bed then I'll lay here," I say to myself

But that didn't last long since he somehow got the key to my office door and came in to get me up.

"Why are you being like this?" I asked

"I'm not being no such way, I want to spend time with you while I'm home but you want to stay in bed," he says

"What's wrong with that, I mean any other time your in bed cuddling while home and I have a day or two off. why not do the same for today?" I asked

"Well I'm tired of it and I want you in the living room cuddling with me not in bed like a lazy butt," he says

I shake my head before going to the living room and curling up in a ball on the couch.

"No sit up," he says

"Either deal with how I am now or forget it," I tell him

"Fine," he says then curls himself around me and cuddles me close.
