    "Norman. Do you have the answer for 7 c?"

"Yeah it's 12.5674"

Me and my best friend are currently studying together.

We technically should be in school but we got a snow day! God I love Canada.

Ever sense me and the boy I was talking about, ray were kids me and him have always been the top of our classes. For most of our lives we had to complete compete to be first.

After 10 years of constantly competing you would probably think we would hate each other.

But.

You couldn't be more wrong

At first as most people would we did hate each other. Then our mutual best friend,Emma. Made us talk to each other

the moment he opened his mouth I told myself I was going to marry that boy

Sadly.

It's been 6 years and I still haven't told him.

At first I didn't really like him I just thought he was cute. After I got to know him I did start to genuinely have a crush on him

Now I'm pretty sure I love him.

It's not that I don't want to tell him but I'm scared. He's my best friend after all.

"Norman" I hear ray yell

"What!" I say surprised

" I've been saying your name for like ten minutes what were you doing" Ray asks sounding kind of worried

"I was just thinking. Do you need anything?"

"Not really I was just going to say I should probably get home soon" Ray replies.

Nooooooo donttt leaveee meeeee

" Yea, do you have a drive?" I ask

"No I'm just going to walk"

" Are you sure? It's storming out" I saying try to find any reason for him to stay

Ray just nods before standing up

I get up shortly after him to walk him to the door.

Luckily,it does look like the snow has slowed down a little bit.

"Bye Norman!" Ray says opening the door

"Bye"

-\\\\20 MINUTE TIME SKIP////-

It's been about half an hour sense ray left. My father doesn't get home till 8 so I'm bored and lonely

After 10 more minutes of scrolling through tiktok I hear a knock on the door.

As anyone would do I get up and look out the window to make sure it's someone I actually want to see

Ray?

Once i see him I get up and practically run to the door.

The snow had picked up a lot sense ray first left.

He looks absolutely freezing!

" Are you ok!" I yelling ripping open my door and pulling ray in

"Yes calm down!I'm just cold and wet." He yells back at me

" that's literally the definition of how to get sick! Come here" I say calming down a little bit.

I drag ray down the hall to my bed room to get him some new clothes.

It was kind of hard to find clothes that would fit him because he's about 30 pounds lighter then me.

In the end I just gave him my hoodie and some sweatpants.

" I'll leave and go make some hot chocolate. You should change" I say passing ray the clothes

About 5 minutes later ray came into the kitchen.

"Hey" Ray says still shaking

"The hot chocolates done will you help me bring it into the living room?"

Ray just nods walking over to me and pick up a cup

When we get into the living room I immediately grab the remote and a shit ton of pillows and blankets.

"Come here" I say patting a spot next to me on the couch

Ray sits down putting his hot chocolate on the table next to him.

After 10 minutes me and him were cuddling covered in blankets watching some old horror movies.

I honestly wish we could stay like this forever.....
