Surprise!

Bakugou's Pov.

I went over to the cabin where my good friend, Denki, lived. Kirishima and I were hunting when we were told we needed to get to his place fast. When we got there, Kirishima knocked on the door and it opened up to Denki.

"So what do you need us for? Don't tell me you did something stupid to get yourself in trouble." I nagged.

"How 'bout you see it for yourselves." Denki replied.

We followed him inside and he led us to a nest of blankets and pillows on his bed.

"So what is it?" Kirishima asked.

Denki picked up a kid and put him down so he could stand behind the electric quirk wielder.

"So what? It's a chi-" I stopped midsentence when I saw red and white hair.

"Todoroki..?" Kirishima's mouth was gaped and his eyes were as wide as the moon.

"Yup, now he's your guys' boyfriend so you can deal with him." With that, Denki lead Todoroki over to me and headed for the door. "I'm leaving for a few days so you can have the cabin, the quirk will wear off in two weeks." Denki smirked and left without another word.

Kiri squealed and jumped over to me. "I can't believe our boyfriend is a kid! Lucky he's the bottom otherwise we wouldn't know what to do with him!" He exclaimed as he looked down at the kid.

Todoroki backed away and the panic was evident in his eyes. I softened and slowly crouched.

"Hey don't worry, we wont hurt you, I promise." I comforted. Todoroki still backed up and Kiri crouched as well. "Yeah little dude, we don't wanna hurt you!" He chimed in.

"So.. you're not like papa?" The child asked with a small voice.

Kirishima and I went silent. His father hurt him?

"No, we're not, we're definitely not like him.." I reassured.

Shoto hesitantly walked up to me before he wrapped his arms around me. I was shocked for a second but quickly responded by wrapping my arms around him. The young candy cane kid relaxed and rested his chin on my shoulder. This made me smirk ever so slightly and I heard a small chuckle behind me. Todoroki's arms unravelled from around me and I saw him reach out to Kirishima. I handed the child to my boyfriend and I watched as Todoroki rested his head on his chest and closed his eyes.

"Aww, little tyke's busted" Kirishima cooed.

"I guess it's time for him to hit the hay" I added.

Kirishima went over and rested the kid in the bundle of blankets. Todoroki let out a small coo and curled up, and eventually, he fell asleep.

After a moment of silence, the dragon shifter spoke up. "So, what do you think Todoroki meant when he said, 'so your not like papa?' " Kirishima asked

"I don't know, maybe the so called 'king' abuses him?" I was questioning what I was saying.

I mean, why would a king decide to abuse his own son? I mean sure there are some princes who are forcefully married and some kings would get mad when they disagree, but they didn't abuse them? Then the thought stuck me. Endeavour hated his other children, they all went off and started their own kingdoms and now rule wealthy lands. All Endeavour cares about is his pride and joy, Shouto, so maybe he abused him so Shouto could be a better ruler than his other so called 'mistakes'. I thought that was a pretty good guess, but I couldn't go jumping to conclusions, not yet.

"Yeah, that's what I was thinking too.." Kirishima added, a pinch of sadness and anger was evident in his voice.

"I just hope it's not true.." I said.

I looked at the sleeping kid. His chest rose and fell as he breathed softly. He seemed so content, and so tiny and innocent too. The thought of his father abusing him sure did make my blood boil, but I had to focus on him now. With a small sigh, I went over and layed beside IcyHot. I rested my hand on his small stomach and was surprised when he manoeuvred over to me and cuddled into my chest. I blinked a few times and looked down at him, pink dusted his cheeks and his little mouth was slightly agape. I relaxed after I realised I was rather tensed, and smiled fondly, he was very adorable. I felt a dip in the bed and I looked up, Kirishima lied down on the other side of Todoroki and started brushing through the child's soft hair. Eventually, Kirishima fell asleep with his hand resting on the back of IcyHots head. I too then surrendered to a deep slumber.
