Your quirk gets its power from the moon so your strongest during a full moon! Though you get your power from the moon you can still use your quirk during the day time. you have to sleep out side letting the moon touch your skin for the whole night. your good to go for at least a month before you have to sleep outside again! You can make a whole building loose all its electricity (aka special move blackout don't ask me how that works -w- bc idk) and use a blue light to heal stuff and burn stuff. and you can turn into a wolf but when your in your human form you have ears and a tail and claws. the drawbacks: when healing you can feel their injurie's, YoU gO IntO hEaT (that's for you sinner's and for me your welcome😘) and when you use your quirk to burn stuff its like a glowing light coming from your hand but if you use it for to long you can burn yourself.
