"beautiful" I beam walking into the bathroom where she was applying some make up. "mhm" she smiles at me through the mirror. "Can i take Layla to the park just me and her" I ask making her nod. "of course. She is a little scared of the slides still so i think it would be a good bonding day for you both" she smiles turning around.
I nod walking over giving her a kiss. "Maybe it will be good for you to have a day off mommy duties too" I smile rubbing her back. "Yeah. I think I need it" She giggles.
"Layla my princess" I beam leaving Ariana to get ready for the day. Entering my little girl's room. "Hi daddy" She looked at me. "you need help?" I giggle slightly looking at her trying to dress her self such a big smart girl. "please" she pouts walking over to me. I smile helping her into her teeshirt which had a unicorn on. "super cute"
"anyway Princess want to come to the park with daddy today?" I ask her sitting her in my lap. "no mommy" she frowns "No baby she stay here and have some time alone." I tell her "mommy okay with that?" "yeah she wants us to have some bonding time"
"can i say bye bye to mommy?" I smile and nod letting her run to my bedroom. I follow her slowly and find Layla in her arms. "I love you angel." Ariana smiles kissing the side of her head. "I love mommy too" she beams.
"have fun with daddy okay. Mommy will go see if Grandma can make you some cookies" Ariana gasps "I want some too" I pout making her look up. "Sure she can make you some too" Ariana gave me a smile.

"Mommy says you are scared of the slide" I ask bending down placing a hand on her back. "Yes daddy its scary" She looked at me "oh no." I gasps "want daddy to come down with you" I beam making her nod dragging me up the little stairs.
I sat down and Layla climbed onto my knee as i wrap my arms around her little waist we both go down. "Again again" she jumps clapping her hands "okay okay" i smile taking her back to the top. "weee" she giggles making me smile.
"Can you help me with the monkey bars daddy please" she jumps up and down. "Of course" I lift her up so she can grab the bars. I help her across and she jumps down running away from me so I chase her.
Today was making me so happy. Spending time with the little girl I call mine. "Hey want to go get ice cream" I look at her picking her up "mommy doesn't let me have it" she looked at me "daddy says you can" I smile "okay" she nodded smiling.
"can we buy a teddy too daddy" she asks resting her head on my shoulder "of course sure we can."
"Now what ice cream would you like" I ask her placing her down as she reach the store. "I cannot see daddy" She folds her arms making me chuckle picking her back up so she could see. "coc chip" "okay one chocolate chip actually make that 2" I smile to the lady behind the counter and she nodded making us both some ice cream.
"any sprinkles for the cutie" Layla looked up to me "get what ever you want daddy will sort mommy out" I smile making her nod. "rainbow ones" she points.
"thank you so much" I smile handing her ice cream to her. "thank you daddy" she beams shoving a spoonful into her mouth.
"I guess i need to go buy some wipes too" I giggle making her smile "but I love you" She beams "I love you too"
I pick up some wipes at the local store and wipe her mouth when she had finished her ice cream which by the look on her face she really enjoyed it.
"come on lets go find you a teddy bear" I place her onto the floor as we arrive at the store. "i think you should get mommy something daddy" she picked her unicorn up she wanted. "Your right I should" I smile looking around for a normal bear.
"what about this one?" "she will love it" she smiles giving me a kiss.
