It was the summer of 2010. The scientists at NASA were on the verge of what would be the greatest discovery ever made by mankind - the discovery of alien life.

The planet suspected to have life, named Planet G31, was discovered about a year ago orbiting the yellow star, GC5, and it had all the conditions necessary for life to thrive in - optimum temperature, water in liquid form; now all that Chief Scientist Carl Jenkins and his team at NASA needed was confirmation of life.

Now, after intense days, months and weeks of searching, they had it. Possibly the greatest question ever asked by man was answered. There was life beyond Planet Earth. But with the planet in question being thousands of light years away, there was no way of finding out how advanced the newly discovered life forms were. They had no way of finding out if the aliens were intelligent like us or if their mental capacities exceeded us. It would remain a mystery, they thought, until they had even more advanced space exploration technology. But they were wrong. The answer came to them.
