The Latvian girl went silent.
"There's another person," she thought.
"Who are you?" She asked curiously.
"Me? Oh, sweetie doesn't worry about that." Reich said calmly.
"B-but I want to know who you are" she whispered."I'm your father's friend" Latvia was confused since USSR has a lot of friends.
"W-wich one?" She asked nervously scared that her father would hear her."The one who took care of you when he was gone for a while. The one you all loved as a mother, but now your father hates me." Latvia was shocked to hear that It was Reich.
She knows his father had a crush on him for a long time, but his hopes were crushed when he tore the pact."My father loved you did you know that?" The little girl said to him in a sad voice.
"I know, I also did but my leader said that we had to break the pact to win," Reich mumbled but loud enough so it can be heard."Then why did you break it?
"I had no choice it's either my son or the pact" Reich was tearing up a bit trying to hold his tears in.
"That's sad," she said on the other side.
"I have to go!" Latvia ran when she heard her father's footsteps.Soviet wa-
