mallory slammed her vehicle's door shut and paced towards the garage of 1327, when the woman spotted letty who was turned facing away from her she frowned angrily

"where is he?" the simple question made letty spin to face mallory "mal..."

"letty, don't even fucking do that to me right now, you're gonna tell me where he is before i start saying things that i'll regret later" the woman raised her voice which seemed to fuel letty's anger aswell "i don't know where he is!"

"bullshit" mallory muttered with a scowl evident on her face "if dom wanted us to know where he is he would've done that by now, you know that!"

"so you're telling me that i leave race wars early, therefore not being able to go to a truck hijack only then to find out we let a fucking cop into this house but for some reason he lets dom run when he could've arrested him?" the discussion had now began turning into a argument, something that the two woman barely ever had nonetheless over dom

"atleast he let him run!" letty defended throwing the rag she had in her hand to the floor and taking steps towards her girlfriend "that's not my problem! my problem is that you let him run letty. you!"

"i didn't have a choice mallory!" the latina yelled back, by now mia had taken notice of the commotion outside and had exited the house, making her way to the garage "yeah, you didn't have a choice because you ran away with leon! and that you can just sit here and act like our boyfriend isn't missing and wanted by the police!"

when mia's soft footsteps were heard entering the garage the two woman stopped their argument and both glanced over at the younger toretto who had clearly been uneasy over her brother's sudden departure "fighting isn't going to help..."

there was dead silence after mia spoke but not long after letty glared at mallory with a clenched jaw before exiting the garage without another word, avoiding any further eye contact

mal could only sigh and look at mia with sympathetic eyes before turning back to the street and heading for her car

now that everyone was informed that brian was a under cover cop, half of the toretto family had been torn apart, only leaving mia, letty and mallory in los angeles

the fact that she wasn't there to try and stop dom from going only irritated her more, the woman knew that she wasn't going to see her boyfriend for a good while now

mallory drove to harry's workshop where she knew that brian had been staying at, when she entered from the back the area it was empty, giving her a chance to head over to the room in the shop

the evident ruffling of items in the small bathroom made it clear that it was brian, when he exited the bathroom his eyes fell on the woman who blocked the door, he didn't react for a second but eventually simply continued to throw his few belongings in the duffel bag her held

"give me one reason i shouldn't just flat out kill you right now" mallory spoke with a dull tone, the statement making the blonde man pause his actions temporarily and look at her

"mal– i let him go–" brian started but was quickly interrupted by the woman infront of him "why? why did you let him go brian?" this time her words sounding more stern and desperate

"you wanted me to arrest him?" the question made mal scoff and look down at her feet "that's not why, i wanna know why did you ruin your whole career for it? you know, how do i know that you didn't put a tracker on that orange cereal box car that you let dom 'go' in?"

"i didn't– mallory do you think i'm still a cop after what i did?" brian hurriedly asked while struggling to zip shut his duffel bag "no, i don't think you are a cop anymore but i wanna know for sure. so, you're going to fucking leave LA in the next twelve hours, don't even come back to the house or cafe or anything, because if you're still here after those twelve hours brian... i will come for you and this time it won't be to talk"

and in a blink of an eye mallory was gone from the doorway and already out of the garage, leaving brian in the room

when mallory returned to the toretto house mia asked if she had found brian but the woman lied and said she didn't, she couldn't see mia suffer more than she already had by telling her that she threatened her love interest to leave los angeles
