      What we are doesn't matter.
                            What counts are our actions.

Imagine a world where you get to choose who you are.

Imagine a world where you can leave the past behind you, and start fresh and new.
New beginnings are always exciting, especially somewhere where no one knows you. The people could have million different opinions about you, you could be anyone. A whole new persona. Another perspective.

Two more days until his scholarship kicks in for advanced music school. Two more days until Louis will begin a new chapter of his book.

He was excited but utterly nervous at the same time. Who wouldn't be nervous if they moved into a new town, without friends and family?

He found a beautiful opportunity for his scholarship in the wilderness of Ohio, a town named Quarter hills. The school was beyond majestic, with windows made out of stained glass and high barns surrounding it. It looked like straight out of a fairytale. The interior inside was even more stunning. Walls made out of pure mosaic and pale stone formed the different classrooms. They also had a lounge, a fitness center and a spa area, even if it was only for seniors.

First time he visited the halls were empty and pillars towered between stair wells. A transparent glass dome held uncountable trophies from students who won tournaments. He also noticed the well polished stairs, that led to the fitness center for the boys, which became his favourite place immediately.

Through the scratches of wood he saw a training hall, locker rooms, a sweat lodge, where he accidentally bumped into some half-naked boys, and a salt water pool that smelled like sweat and sulfur. There were so many more fantastic things that Louis adored, he couldn't wait to be secretly hanging around in the spa area every single day. He even made a mental list what he absolutely had to try, such as the whirlpool, the salt scrub, the legendary jacuzzi tub and the Turkish bath.

The whole school varied between all shades of blue, from indigo to turquoise. Louis could bet that every little child grew up with the dream to live here. School for music advancement, for Louis it looked more like a school for purity.

Of course it was expensive. He knew his parents would have to put their whole savings on it, but he also knew they would do anything for his passion, singing. They had to pull a lot of strings to get an average student without standardized test scores or previous experiences into such a noble school. And Louis didn't want to let them down. So he'd have to work extra hard for his scholarship, he wanted to make his parents proud.

"Jesus Christ, you're taking forever,Louis", Lottie's voice echoed over his half empty room.

"Stop rushing me Lots, I need to say goodbye!", he yelled back, rolling his eyes.

"To what? Your bed?", she chuckled and added, "Just hurry up we are expected in five minutes."

"Already?", Louis shrieked in suprise and picked up a quicker pace of stuffing his things in a red and blue striped bag that he had bought the day he visited his new town.

Louis thought that it was a quite normal little town, with modest houses and beautiful nature surrounding it. It was peaceful, and Louis liked that.

But of course there were things he didn't like. For example, he disliked the distance between his hometown and his new home. It almost took 10 hours to drive there and back. He didn't like how the people there were all older or bigger than him, it made him feel small. Also, how almost no one had cars because the town was just that small, you could reach everywhere by foot or bike. Finally, Louis didn't like the big mansion at the end of the town, taking up twice the space a normal house would.
