Lupus' P.O.V

*knock* *knock*

"Come in"she says.She has become more quiet and rarely show emotions these past two years.

She has become more mature and have grown into a fine young woman, a deity. And a very busy CEO

"Natalia sent these and in need of your signature of approval about the project and the board proposal." I said while handing her the files and going to the other side of the table to fix the file and paper that she has reviewed.

She opened the  first file for the project and scanned all pages before signing.

Then moved on the other files that the board proposed.She scanned the first page and highlighted some parts.

Then moved on the next file.She immediately put an ex mark on it with just one glance and then moved on the other files.

10 board proposal files were sent to her and only two were approved by her.

She did not only become an introvert but also has become very strict.She'll only give two chances and if you don't use it well no more chance would be given.

That is how she maintained and slowly raised her Family's company.Locked in this mansion for years.Home studied and handled company matters at the age of 15.

"I almost forgot.Natalia and I wish you a happy 17th birthday.We picked this yesterday for you."I said as I handed her-

well tried to hand her a small black box with silver and gold ribbon.

"Its that day already?Time does fly fast."She said while putting down the pen and opened the box I gave her.

"It's pretty.Thank you."she said while running her fingers on the pendant.Its chain is silver and shiny.And its pendant is shaped like a wings.She put it on the table and fixed the files I gave her earlier.

"Send these back ASAP.And tell Lia I said.Thanks."she said while handing me the files.

"Mother?"A voice said from the half opened door.I guess its my que  to leave .

Sapphire's P.O.V

"Is something wrong?"I asked Thesaurus.

"The old folks in company does not believe in you."He said out of the blue.

"Not for long.Have you finished packing?"I asked.

"Yes.Do we really have to go back there?I like it better here in the human world.He might take me away from you.

I
don't want to be with him only you."He said while sitting on the table.

" He won't and I won't let him.Yes we have to.Remember what I told you and why I have to train you?"I asked.

"I remember.I have to train hard  to protect myself and those whom I love.

That being too kind is not always a solution and you need to show them that you can be fierce...

To no be blinded by lies and trust other people easily.But I trust you!And uncle Lupus!And auntie Lia!And and the people who follow you!"He said making me smile.

"When we go back I hope you start acting like a mature teen.You know very well how our world is."

"I don't have to act!I am mature and strong and I will protect you and everyone else!"He said with confidence.

I smiled again and took the pendant out of the box.

"Your uncle Lupus gave me this.Do you like it?"I asked.

"Yes it's beautiful but Its for girls.And I like phoenix wings more than angel wings."He said.

I put the pendant on my palm and chanted transformare.

"How about this?"I asked showing him the pendant that I have turned into a phoenix wings.

His eyes lit up and lips forming a smile as he took the pendant.

"But if I wear it I might lose it."

"Why don't you try what I tought you before?"

He put it on his palm and chanted.After a while he opened his hand and the pendant is now tattooed on his palm.

"Something is missing"I said and held his hand where his tattoo is and chanted.

I added flames on his palms.Now the tattoo looked like a fire phoenix.

"Wow!It looks amazing!Mother?Are there any existing phoenix now?"He suddenly asked.

"I don't know Russ but I know a story about phoenix.My family liked talking about them.Do you want to heat it?"I asked.He smiled and nodded continously.

"Years ago the gods and goddesses were sent down to Infinite to choose guardians and bless them with their powers.They traveled around each realms of Infinite.

The gods and godesses succeeded in choosing their guardians except one god.The god of fire, Fero could not choose because he was unsure.

He traveled to the fire lands and went near the crater of Valcov.

Where the most rare creature reside.He woke the sleeping creature residing in Valcov by one drop of his blood.

The creature did not come out but spoke to him.

"Why have I been awaken by the god of fire?"the creature said.Fero the god of fire calmly replied.

"I am in need of your help.I cannot choose a guardian.Flames can be very destructive and I do not wish to choose someone who would jeopardize all realm."He answered.

"Fire is strong,it burns and it heals.It cannot be given but it chooses its own.Fire is strong thus also chooses strong.I will guide you where you should seek.Follow me and do what I speak."the creature said.

Fero was confused by what the creature said but it faded when burning light came out of the crater.

A creature flew out of it.Beautiful wings and shining eyes.Covered in flame but not burned.

"I am the creature you seek.I do not have name but you can call me Phoenix.Do as I say and you'll find your guardian."The phoenix said.

Fero followed the phoenix and flew up the sky heading towards a village.They landed not very far from the village.

"Let the flame go and It will choose its owner.You must watch and wait."The phoenix instructed.Fero did what the phoenix said and watched as the flame traveled around a house.

It started burning the outside until it went inside.Screams of the villagers can be heard.

Minutes later the fire died.The house did not burn and the people in it went out unburned.

The phoenix flew over the sky and said these words before it turned to ash.

"I have done my part.Now I must rest and wait.Until I am summoned."I ended and looked at Thesaurus now sleeping on the couch.

People believed phoenix were rare magical creatures but they were wrong.

I fixed all the files and papers being careful not to wake the little dude sleeping peacefully.And walked out of the office slightly closing the door.

"Lupus"I called out and he was already in front of me.

"Prepare everything and everyone.Our tasks begins."
