08 (murder mystery special)

A/n POV

As Y/N was about to explain the rules of the game, until a knock came upon the door.
"I'll get that. Also, while I'm gone download the murder mystery app, it should be the first thing that pops up in the AppStore." Y/N said, before jogging to the door and looking through the peep hole.
After seeing who it was, she opened the door.
"Hey Hitch, what's up?" She smiled.
"Oh hey babes, my mom made extra dinner and she wanted me to deliver it to you and I brought the notes you asked for." Hitch handed her a bowl and a notebook.
"Awww, thanks." Y/N responded.
Hitch peered over Y/N's shoulder and saw many pairs of shoes that she hasn't seen before.
"Are you having guests over?"
"Yeah, we were actually about to play a game, wanna join?"
"Are there any guys?" Hitch whispered trying to sneak a look inside.
"Well, not many." Y/N chuckled.
"I'll join anyways."
Y/N moved aside and allowed Hitch to come inside.
She took off her boots before walking inside, after closing the door, Y/N followed behind her.
"Everyone this is Hitch, one of my not many friends." Y/N said as she set the bowl and notes on her dining table.
"Nice to meet everyone!" Hitch greeted.
Everyone returned the favor and introduced themselves.
"Ok so first,"
Y/N stood in front of everyone and opened up an app on her Tv, then a code popped up.
"Everyone open the app and type in this code to join the game. While you do that, spread a part."
"Why?" Eren asked.
"Because for this game your going to need a bit of "privacy" I should say." She explained.
"Here's how this game works, each of you will get a role, victim, suspect, murderer or murderer's ally. The purpose is to find the murderer among us within 2 hours. First, the victim will get a 2-3 minute interview with each of the suspects and gather their own information. Then you will talk amongst yourselves and collect information, leading you to make a decision. But, at the last 20 minutes the victim will reveal their information and evidence from the scene. And then you will have the remaining time to vote on ONE person." She announced.
"What happens if we don't find the murderer or vote for someone who isn't the murderer?" Armin asked.
"Then the murderer wins and the suspects have to go through the penalty the murderer decides."
"So, if the murderer is found out do they have a penalty?" Ymir questioned.
"If you guys can come up with one together." Y/N smiled.
Y/N pressed a button on the remote for the roles to shuffle.
"Your role will pop up on the screen in a few seconds."
Everyone looked at there phones.
"I am the victim." Y/N raised her hand.
"Now we pick a case." Y/N shuffled the cases on the Tv and the one that popped up was "Under the bridge".
(This case is completely made up btw)
Y/N began to read the case.
"The victim was a 20 year old college student, her body was found near the campus in a river at 9 pm on a Saturday.
2 pieces pf evidence were found and 9 suspects were spotted in the neighborhood near the scene."
"Okay so there is an office in the back over there," she pointed to the hallway by the kitchen, "that's where we will start individual investigations."
"I'll go first then." Armin stood up and followed Y/N into the back room.
They sat down across from each other.
"Where were you on the night of the murder?" Y/N asked.
"It sounds weird, but I was going for a walk." Armin responded.
"At night?"
"Yes."
"Did you see anything?"
"No, but I did smell something, though I didn't bother to find out what it was."
The interviews continued one by one they all stated their alibi and Y/N collected important information.

Mikasa was coming back from a friends house.
Annie was walking back to her dorm, from work.
Eren was on his way home from the club, drunk.
Historia was on her way to her father's house, he kept complaining something was wrong with her mother.
Sasha was picking up food.
Connie was with Sasha.
Jean was with his girlfriend.
Hitch was at home.
Bella, Jean's girlfriend, was at work.
